U.S. District Judge William M. Conley ruled that Medicaid cannot exclude transgender sex reassignment surgery and related treatment such as hormone therapy to low-income residents in Wisconsin.

Taxpayers in Wisconsin are now being forced to pay for transgender surgeries thanks to a radical left-wing Obama judge.

Over a year ago, two transgender individuals living in Wisconsin filed a lawsuit and accused Medicaid of providing them with inferior healthcare because they were denied surgery and other treatment for their severe “gender dysphoria.”


Last year Judge Conley issued a preliminary injunction and ordered the taxpayers of Wisconsin to pay for the sex reassignment surgeries for both of the individuals suing the state and federal government while their cases worked its way through the legal system.

A few days ago, the Obama-appointed judge issued a permanent ruling citing guidelines issued by the World Professional Association of Transgender Health to treat transsexual, transgender and gender nonconforming people.

I've helped clients decide on the best taxpayer subsidized plan for everything you can think of including diabetes dozens of times, aids maybe 6 to 10 times, and twice I've helped clients plan for trans surgery.

It's interesting how the rules are written. Basically, if a psychiatrist or mental health specialist can make a medical case for requiring the trans medication/surgery then it is my understanding that Obamacare, Medicare, and Medicaid all have to cover it.

I have always worked with lots of women. I learned a long time ago through some kind of personal survival radar to keep them all at arm's length formality. They don't like that, because their natural inclination is to manipulate, and sexual attraction is the greatest premise of all for manipulating and extorting men. Virtually all of them are sniffing for the opportunity to do so.

Single moms with bizarre, stalking ex's were common. Section 8 knock ups with pimp/dealer dads also common. The S8 knock ups often just wanted a job long enough to get fired to collect unemployment, or better yet, claim on the job hurt for workman's comp/disability. The level of chaos out there in their psychotic minds is almost beyond belief.
