So the younger generations are supposed to pay generously into social security and medicare (and receive little or nothing in return) AND also buy exorbitantly prices (and taxed) houses that won't go up any further? Exactly. There is no "housing shortage/crisis" in the country as a whole, therefore no Federal involvement is necessary.

Whenever you hear about LA considering 'affordable' housing, aka 1200-1400 sq. ft. condos, the estimates always come in at $450,000 per unit. That's how much graft is baked in. REALLY? Those prices would build 3000 sq. ft suburban mansions on a third acre anywhere else in the country.

Add the "Insta Ghetto" provisions for new apartments, to make sure every body feels the ghetto love, how are you going to get neighborhoods who even want to approve developments? If the government isn't footing the bill (our tax money for their get out the ghetto free lottery) for these people's rent and living expenses, they have to move away. in the meantime, they gang-banger the local grammar and high schools.

California school system anyway has become a growth industry dependent on stuffing more illegals into the system to justify Teacher's Union politics and grifty graft.
