We used to go sledding, dads would lie belly down facing forward grabbing the horns and one or two kids would sit on top of the dad, families racing each other. The mountain was steep and we'd reach bob sledding speeds. Hitting a tree or ditch frontal or veering of the path in a curve certainly had brutal consequences, but luckily nothing besides mild concussions and a few bruises are what I can remember (pun intended).
