#Half Dome Elena Torello and I have something in common. We both have been in some very dangerous situation where death was a serious possibility. A couple of days ago, a 29-year-old woman made a mistake while climbing Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. She fell 500 feet to her death. In 2012 at age 51 years, Elena did that same climb. She faced all the dangers. She made it to the summit and returned safely.
