I keep wondering if she is playing the long game and angling for 2024. That said, the ranks have thinned, so she could rally centrist Dems and the the Obamacans of old.

Let me tell you what happened. The DNC called her up and offered her a shot back in the Primaries and the next debate. If She would play the moderate and say stuff fence sitting Trump supporters would warm up to. I don't buy her sensible adult in the room bullshit not for one minute. Yesterday she was saying they should not impeach Trump, that it would divide the country. But when the CNN host pressed her on Trump, she regurgitated all of the bullshit hoax stuff. She says fluff stuff, then goes on to back and support the TDS hysteria 100%. She's a prop to inject a feigned non partisan view. But she doesn't believe it. She thinks everything Trump does is illegal and wrong when pressed.
She's not defending the office of the President, like she's trying to put on that she is.

There exist more possible attitudes towards Trump than "Trump is our New Orange Jesus and Savior of American People" or "Trump is the ORANGE HITLER! IMPEACH!". Gabbard, like any thinking person, falls somewhere between those two.

BTW her calling Trump a Saudi Arabia's bitch is justified.
