There was no ISIS in the Philippines, it was just our intelligence operatives threatening Duterte not to do business with China. Our government is a mafia. Ever read Anthony Burgess' book "Tremor of Intent"? That book describes what a spy actually is. Nothing to respect. Spies are scum, they infiltrate a group and then betray them. They don't try to change minds or educate, they only engage in subterfuge. Spies are professional traitors, they aren't educators. Their job is to destroy movements, right or wrong. Turkey is nowhere near the threat of ISIS to Kurds. 15 to 20% of Turkey's population is Kurdish after all, and Turkey has millions of refugees still in camps. They'd prefer not to create a new crisis.
