Brexit is great.
Can you imagine?, The proud British people will no longer be subjected to the tyranny of bureaucrats in Brussels.
Of course they will still eat pizzas, fries, macaroons, and paella. Let's face it, everything is better than roast beef and spotted dicks.
They will still drink Belgian beers, while watching Hollywood movies.
They will still import massive amounts of Chinese craps, and make new free-trade deals with other countries. Better buy and sell from Americans and Asians than French people. Nothing can be worse than the French, though they will still happily be part of the Airbus consortium.
They will continue to buy German cars and other German tools, because... German engineering.
They will still be dominated by multinationals.
They will still be overridden by pakistanis, indians, and other immigrants from the old empire. But hey... at least not those stinky Polish people.
They will still occasionally take a 2 hours ride under the channel for a weekend in Paris.
They will still contribute to modern international science.
They will stick to the queen and house of Lords. Buckingham Palace will still be guarded by soldiers in red uniforms and bear skin hats.... because tradition is what matters.
