This country, or shall I say the Bay Area, has gotten so politically correct that it’s stupid. When a white or black guy says gung hay fat choi, or whatever, it’s a nice gesture. Why get offended? The same goes for saying Merry Christmas.
There are different approaches to solving a problem. The fact, that we disagree on how to solve it, doesn’t mean we should hate each other. Just look at the two political parties in our country now.
Based on what I have observed, the hatred and discrimination against white folks and Republicans in the Bay Area is so sickening. We can agree to disagree, but at the very least, respect other people’s opinion and ideology.

I was giving a few talks in China last year, and ended my talks in Chinese saying "thank you for attention". Chinese were fucking thrilled that a damned foreigner is trying to say something in their language. I got best receptions ever. Which shows that cultural appropriation nonsense lives only in heads of so-called libruls who are idiots cubed.
