Anyone wants to risk a bet on the eventual number of sick people? Dead people?

That really is an insane graph. Still at 3 people that I 2nd level know that tested positive and have yet to hear of an overwhelmed hospital in my area and even region.... during the "peak" supposedly. We need to just open back up.

If hospitals aren't overwhelmed during the supposed peak, which was the reason for all this shut down, people need to start calling out the bullshit at some point.

Agreed. It is more and more likely that the majority has been exposed already and is asymptomatic. So we need to at least a controlled open up and if we stay below historical peaks/deaths we just need to ride it out like a really bad flu season or two until there's enough herd immunity.

There is no overwhelmed hospital. The measures we took worked. The overwhelmed hospital thing is nearly an entire creation of the treasonous media. CNN, WaPo, NYT most guilty.

I'd say outside of NY that's mostly true although they may be highly utilized and nurses are working extra hours like here in CA bay area. But certainly no horror scenarios. More protective gear would have been good.

Wife co-workers at the hospital she use to work at are all told to flex off one day and work 32hrs a week because it is so slow. This hospital had one of first cases.

MSM uses Italian hospital footage again, this time on a report about Philadelphia and Wuhanvirus.

This one is pretty cool, presented as a patient in dire straits from Coronavirus:

Notice that the patient has a jointed arm and is actually a medical emergency enactment dummy.

I mean they are straight up idiots if they are making a deal about the us having the most cases. We have proportionally less than most of Europe. Our death rate is going to wind up being miniscule, and the two nations with populations greater than our are evil and corrupt(China) or incompetent and corrupt(India).

So who do theese idiots think is gonna have the most cases?

RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) - Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro took to the streets of Brasilia on Friday, drawing crowds and greeting followers in his latest public pushback against social isolation measures to fight the coronavirus outbreak. ...

On Friday, a national holiday in Brazil, Bolsonaro went to a military hospital, before stopping at a pharmacy and then visiting one of his sons in a residential building, according to TV images and press reports.

At one of the stops, he was greeted by supporters who snapped photos and called his name. However, he was also subjected to criticism, with some Brasilia residents banging pots and pans in anger.

Critics say that Bolsonaro’s stance is chipping away at social distancing measures across Brazil. On Thursday, Reuters reported that lockdowns in Brazil’s largest cities to slow the coronavirus outbreak are beginning to slip.
