Watched it. Did the defense really say dogs choked her??? I legit don't have words for that human scum that would come up with that defense. No longer have dogs, but they'd chew up all sorts of clothing. At no point was I worried about them choking my wife. Twilight Zone. It's not remotely funny, but this would be a comedy bit about attorneys. Someone spent 6 years of their life to come up with dogs choking a woman???
Obviously I'm sure the kids lurk on the site. As someone that sees a therapist, I'd suggest doing it after watching that episode. Maybe they have. Actually blaming dogs for killing TD? Never saw that coming. That's my take away. RIP TD. The defense attorney should lose his law license. So sad on many levels.
Patnet wasn't mentioned as much as I was expecting. Clearly seems like a fit of rage. Everyone has it in themselves. You can blame a migraine on sleeping in another room, but that's not normal. Kids sleeping in the parents bed at that age? A lot was off there. A lot to unpack from watching that. I wish the kids the best, but I think there's more to this story that they need to share is all I'll say. My gut instinct thinks more was/is going on is all. No proof. There's still something off about this story.

That's his job. He has to come up with the best defense/alternative explanation, even if remotely possible only. He would lose his license if he threw his client under the bus. He could refuse to take the case of course or excuse himself at any point for a different defender to take over, but both sides need representation. Otherwise we'd be no different than dictatorships without due process.
