As far as I know companies pay the umemployment insurance for all their employees. If there are contractors then they are not responsible.

H1-B cow-pissing drinkers

If drinking cow piss does not spread viruses like eating bats and pangolins does, then who cares?

The H1-B status itself is the problem. The H1-B program exist to avoid paying US citizens the prevailing wage and to have a threat of expulsion from the country if the H1-B worker gets uppity.

If someone from India is super talented and wants to become 🇺🇸AMERICAN🇺🇸 and give up Indian citizenship permanently, then great, let him become a US citizen. (The ONE guy alone, not a billion family members, not even a wife. He can find one from among other US citizens.)

But the majority of those guys are doing low-level QA work which plenty of Americans could and would do for the prevailing wage for US citizens.

H1-B is a scam to fuck over US citizens for the benefit of corporate profits.

After getting trained, the Indian IT guy who may top of the caste system comes to the US holding H1B, L1B, Business visa etc...
I spoke ...

When ever someone brings up top of caste system. I am sure they are christian fundamentalists. Just because you have to work hard doesn't mean the other person also didn't do the same. You and only you work hard for your betterment. In india and other asian countries it is the whole families who work hard for betterment of next generation. Just because your family did not help you does not give you the right to talk bad about other person.

H1-B is a scam and all US citizen tech workers are fucked by it.

Yes that is correct. Before the SW and dotcom boom how many H1B were issued? The reason US companies want H1B's because they get cheaper labor and it gives them access to India market. Amazon invested 1Bil last year in India, when the accounting was checked they were under-pricing to kill local competitors. They can do that because amazon gets loans at 0-1% interest. But Indian business get loans at 6-8%. If US wants globalization people and goods will move in both directions.

You dont want foreigners in US ask american companies and governments to stop pushing this.

I think Tenpound shared similar article when India put tariffs on harleys.

Whenever an Indian denies the existence of the caste system, I know they are secretly in favor of the medieval attitude of it.

I had a friend who was a manager at Death Star, he had to fire two people who refused to work under a person with a Dalit last name. Both were under 30 years old, Level II IT workers, so it wasn't some old foggies.

Frenchie proved it worked

You never explained how that works, when 98% of symptomatic people get better anyway, and they say something like 80% of the people in his last study weren't even symptomatic.

Do you understand that those results tell us close to nothing ? Certainly not a proof. I like other people want to say that the FDA approving using it for that purpose means it works. No, that only means that it might work and that in low enough dosages the risk of bad side effects isn't too high. Therefore doctors actually using it, is more or less a continuation of the testing process, since we are in an emergency status.

You do realize that India is holding on to it for malaria treatment. And also for their own CV cases, if and when there is sufficient evidence that it works better than other treatments.

Didn't vic say only top caste and their ilk only can come to US. How did a Dalit come to US?

@indc Then India should definitely put tariffs on Amazon good in India.

Even if Amazon were not underpricing to kill local competition, India still has the right to apply tariffs as they see fit.

"Free trade" is often an excuse in the US for screwing over workers in a race to the bottom. It's not really free trade with China if they keep their currency artificially low, and have much lower pollution standards, and much weaker labor protections. It's just US executive betraying US workers.

YouTube is the one big security hole. Simply including any content from Google/YouTube makes it easy for them to track and correlate comments you've made with videos you've watched here.

But what to do? Stop allowing YouTube videos? Or maybe try to auto-cache them somewhere and serve from there so they don't get served from Google/NSA servers?

btw 10 minutes after I made my inquiry, I was working local on my computer my daughter told me, the internet is down. I told her to restart the router.

Get a new WiFi transmitter.
I recommend this one because it’s worked well for me.

We went from many drops all the time with the cable company router to never dropped like ever with the Nighthawk. It was also faster longer range connection, and comes with a net nanny filter you can use for the kiddos when they use their devices on the internet.
