It’s not the report that’s wrong. It’s the reporting of this as if it’s some unique warning and President Trump is so stupid that he gave the Pentagon the middle finger and condemned tens of thousands of Americans to die.

Correct it was first discussed at the 2017 annual Bilderberg Stan Luau, as the meeting number one agenda on how to unseat Trump.

Seems the blowtorch of CoronaFakeNews has been dialed back from white yellow to blue yellow as of today. Either the resources were saturated and used, or the ten micro second attention span of the public has started to turn toward their own personal disasters from the Sacred Panic Pandemic.

You addressed literally none of the points I made, the largest of which is there is no factual basis nor a nexus between the report and actions taken by the Trump administration, nor do you address the further point of The Nations reckless reporting in claiming a nexus where they cannot provide factual foundation for such.

That could truly not happen now, no way, and it's a problem on both sides, but more so I believe on the right. When was the last time you heard a Democrat leader boast, "stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody."

This doesn't prevent one side or the other from being right from time to time. We should be fighting for mechanisms to find facts and truth. To find agreement and occasionally to solve problems. Instead it always political war.

The difference is that Trump has done nothing illegal. And the illegality of Nixon's actions pale compared to Bush (take your pick) and Obama.

Quite honestly, my initial reaction was no different to SARS, Swine Flu, Zika hysteria. The problem with the CDC is that they always tried to raise the alarm as if it was the end of days. At some point, people get sick of it. In this particular case, the CDC screwed up and took the WHO Chinese propaganda for what it was and didn't raise hell right away. There are no easy answers here. The reality is, there was no political will to shut down the borders on Jan 1. There was little political will to shut the borders on Jan 31. Are we going to have the political will to do it right away next time?
