Funny thing is: I don't see much concern about self-preservation among the boomers I observe daily. Au contraire: there is constant prancing around grocery stores, visits to family, doggy playdates, etc.

It's the 35-55 crowd who are working for home, shopping for groceries once every two weeks and going for an occasional run or hike and not much else.

I’m a young boomer (relative to the group) and I disagree with the panic reaction to the Wuhan virus too.

The Czech Republic just immediately got people to wear masks, as did Slovakia and Austria.
They avoided the problem this way.

Most boomers I know are confused by closing parks and beaches where people don’t hug strangers anyway.

Many boomers I know are annoyed to see their net worth drop 45% because of the whole thing.

How come MillXYers aren't using crop dusters to spread Covid-19 to the fragile BoomFucks to kill them and take all the BoomFucks' ill gotten, world destroying filthy lucre? This is why we know that MillXYers are lazy fucks.

We may be looking at this all wrong, and not realize, there could be a whole slew of other ailments and malaise that can strike older people who have weakened immune systems. Wouldn't that be something. If death was just a natural process for some older people who let themselves go to the point their immune system was compromised, then they catch a flu or cold?

If it's airborne, WTF are ya gonna do regardless of age??? This one happens to kill old people. Next one will kill all the kids. It's nature. We can run and hide and die or a certain percentage (maybe high) will die while we still take care of people. What is the alternative?
