In May 2014, Jeremy is accused of forcibly raping a 25-year-old woman at a home in West Hollywood.

Jeremy allegedly sexually assaulted two women, ages 33 and 46, on separate occasions at a West Hollywood bar in 2017.

He also is accused of forcibly raping a 30-year-old woman at the same bar in July 2019.

The District Attorney’s Office also declined a case against Hyatt due to insufficient evidence stemming from an incident in 2016.

Prosecutors are recommending bail at $6.6 million.

Jeremy denied accusations of sexual assault and rape in 2017.

The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The primary rule of engagement is simple, traditional, and very fair:

If a woman is voluntarily alone with a man, it should be assumed by the courts that she consented to sex with him.

And it follows that no man (teacher, boss, whatever) may require a woman to be alone with him.

It's her choice to be alone with a guy, but once she is, she has consented. Barring physical evidence like bruises, proving she was not voluntarily alone with him, she has no right to to claim she was raped anymore.

Women will hate this, because their primary scam is to have sex with some rich or famous man in order to get ahead in the world. If she puts out but doesn't get PAID for sex with a job or some other benefit, she will then claim it is "rape". This makes her a whore. Whores are not being "raped" when they are enticing men into sex in order to get paid.
