An armed thug was fatally schooled on the true meaning of “Don’t Mess with Texas” after breaking into a truck while the owner was sleeping in the back.

Unbeknownst to the would-be robber, the truck’s sleeping owner was armed with an AR-15 and was ready to take out the trash.

When the owner awoke to find the crook inside the vehicle with him, he grabbed his rifle and shot the intruder dead.

Police said that the man was sleeping in his four-door truck in northeast Houston on Tuesday morning when the incident unfolded.

The alleged robber broke into the vehicle that was parked outside of an apartment complex on Parramatta Lane at about 3 a.m.

“When he woke up, he has this strange individual in the truck with him,” said Sgt. Ben Beall.

“He grabbed his gun and shot him multiple times.”

He added that the windows had a heavy tint, so, the sleeping man was not clearly visible.

Initially, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said that the suspected robber was possibly armed with pistols.

Police later confirmed that he had a Glock pistol in his pocket.

That whole altercation was most likely the Uber drivers fault. We don't see it, but I bet there had been an altercation leading up to that guy pulling and ripping on the door. That Uber driver was entertained if not amused to see the outcome. Perhaps she secretly wanted to see the black guy prevail in the argument. She didn't expect the black dude would take it out on her car. She wanted to see some Squid Games or the Purge live action. The girl should have drove off as soon at the guy got in the car. He pleaded for her to drive on, and she's talking about calling the police. Why didn't she drive on before the guy started pulling and ripping on her door. I would have gotten out of the other door and left her to the guy and the police to deal with.

I don't see how that person was a thug. He was just running, wasn't acting aggressive, didn't appear to be wanting to strike or attack anybody.

In this video, for all I know, he was in an airport trying to catch a plane. From what I've seen this was an assault against an innocent man from an over-protective body-guard that should be put in prison for battery.

Not sure what this was about, but pretty sure that the two guys deserved it.
