Texas Store Owner Shoots & Kills Two Armed Thugs during Failed Robbery

A pack of armed thugs’ “jugging” attempt failed miserably when a Texas store pulled his own gun and defended himself during a botched robbery attempt.

The owner of Ruiz Cash & Carry managed to gun down two out of three of the gang of armed robbers.

The Houston Police Department believes that the armed thugs killed outside of a family-owned convenience store were trying to rob the owner in a “jugging” attempt.

The incident unfolded on Wednesday when the owner of the convenience store in Houston’s East End went to the bank.

When came back to the business carrying a large amount of cash, he was attacked by armed crooks.

He was hit in the back of the head with a blunt object.

When he turned around, he saw armed masked men wearing gloves attacking him.

Unfortunately for the criminals, this store owner wasn’t about to become just another victim.

He knew his Second Amendment rights and was ready and willing to exercise them.

After realizing what was unfolding, he turned, drew his weapon, and fired at them with his firearm.

Luckily, a fellow 2A patriot employee in the store heard the commotion and also fired at the suspects.

Both of the thugs were shot and died at the scene.

A third suspect was caught on video driving away from the attack in a newer model black Lincoln Navigator.

Police revealed that the vehicle had a Texas license plate: RTS-3919.

Can't the police just look up that plate?

Maybe it was a stolen car and they just mean that people should be on the lookout for it.

CASSOPOLIS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man accused of trying to rob a Cassopolis gas station while armed with a box cutter in July faces several charges, while the beer-toting customer who fired seven shots at the would-be robber will not be charged, according to the prosecutor.

The Cass County prosecutor’s office announced Tuesday that Cordelius Anthony Martin, 35, was arraigned Aug. 17 on charges of armed robbery, assault with intent to rob while armed and felonious assault. Martin was charged as a fourth-time habitual offender, and his bond was set at $100,000, the prosecutor said.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor said the customer inside the Stone Lake Marathon Mini Mart who shot at the would-be robber will not face any charges.

The customer had a valid concealed pistol license, as well as previous experience as a security guard, according to the prosecutor’s office.

The office said it determined the customer’s actions were “lawful and justified” to defend himself and the clerk: Michigan law states that if one is not engaged in a crime, one may use deadly force against another if one “honestly and reasonably” believes that using deadly force is essential to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to oneself or another.

The attempted robbery took place shortly before 10 p.m. July 27 at the Stone Lake Marathon in Cassopolis.

Police said the suspect threatened the clerk with a box cutter. Then, surveillance video showed the customer, who was holding a six-pack of beer at the time, pulling a handgun and firing seven total shots at the would-be robber.

The suspect was taken to a hospital in South Bend, Indiana for his injuries and later released.

It's obnoxious. All these people are doing is forcing cars to idle and create traffic jams. They are so annoying, in that they are increasing the amount of gasoline being burned all the while they claim they want to reduce that. They are frustratingly naive.

No, they actually believe this nonsense. I once believed global warming was a "serious problem", because I couldn't imagine our government would lie about SCIENCE.

Science is provable and it's falsifiable. I'm just a bit surprised they lied.

Basically our government said something to the effect of "that fire you see? It's not hot - go ahead and touch it". They have entirely destroyed their credibility with this hoax. I know the people that did it were 35 years younger at the time, but how the fuck did they expect to get away with it?

You've got some MORONS who still believe we have an emergency, it's nowhere near the number we had 20 years ago. Did you know there was a sequel to An Inconvenient Truth? Hardly anybody does, because everybody that saw the first film knows it's bullshit, if they paid attention to it.

I'm telling you, the dishonesty of our government will the undoing of everything. When even the IDIOTS realize they have lied us into every war, lied about global warming, lied about vaccines, lied about medicines in general, lied about health advice, lied about literally every fucking thing, they're done. I'm there now, but the rest of the population, they are only 10 years behind me.

These stupid climate protests are supposed to be high profile, find ONE person cheering them on, online? The public knows this is bullshit. All the censorship and interference with communication isn't going to stop it. Our government may as well have said that PI=3 30 years ago. That's how fucked they are.

All trust will be gone, soon enough. The dumb shits are trying to start up a new pandemic. Good fucking luck with that.

Good boys!

Pit bulls, at least the ones I've met, are really nice dogs, but I wouldn't want to cross one. It's just a little bit of swede leather covering a shitload of muscle. However, every one I've met is really nice, and what's funny is the owner always expects me to be apprehensive and are surprised I approach so readily. Doberman owners are similar too.

You're nice, they are nice. Give trust to gain trust. WARNING: Some dogs don't respond to this - I had one I couldn't make non violent, had to put her down. She was entirely unpredictable. One moment was play, and when she wanted to stop playing, she'd simply bite you. She had no empathy.

When a 61-year-old man was stabbed in the back on his Napa County property Saturday morning, he pulled the knife out of his back and stabbed the assailant, officials said.
Andrew Kenneth Dixon, 33, is accused of stabbing the Napa County man and was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, elder abuse and assault with a deadly weapon, the Napa County Sheriff’s Office said. Both the homeowner and Dixon are recovering from non-life-threatening stab wounds.
The ordeal began when the power went out at the home on the 5200 block of Silverado Trail on Saturday morning. The homeowner stepped outside to check the electrical box, and that’s when he reportedly noticed a trespasser on his property. Shortly after, Dixon allegedly stabbed the property owner in the back and a fight ensued with the two wrestling on the ground, each trying to get control of the knife, sheriff’s office spokesperson Henry Wofford said.
“The homeowner pulled the knife from his back and stabbed the suspect in his torso,” Wofford said.
“It was literally a fight for his life,” he added. “This is a 61-year-old victim fighting someone nearly half his age.”
A family member called 911 at about 9:30 a.m., and the homeowner was able to hold Dixon until deputies arrived, according to the sheriff’s office.
“We’re happy this homeowner is still alive,” Wofford said. “This could have been a much worse outcome. We’re glad a family member called 911. The fact that he’s recovering at home is great news.”
The homeowner and suspect reportedly did not know one another. Dixon was born in Long Beach, California, but has been living in the Napa County area and was reportedly transient, Wofford said.
“There’s evidence that the suspect was directly tied to turning off the power on the man’s home,” he said.
