It doesn't matter they like baseless claims and smears and character assassination. It's more likely that she set up the murder of 1000 people than it is Trump is a Russian agent.

And she's about to be voted out of office, her GOP opponent is kicking her ass in the polls. A little Asymmetric campaigning doesn't hurt going back the other way. Fuck 'EM!
