My wife and I put our 2 girls in Cheer Leading when they were young. The first time I watched them cheer, they were taken out pronto.

When my niece was in Jr High, the cheer-leading they did was a showcase of gymnastics type talent. That included somersaults, pyramids, and routines where one girl gets tossed high up in the air and caught. They did not do any sexy dancing. I guess the venue is up to the coach.
