"Our democracy".. These raging hypocrites just never stop with the projection. That phrase has been played in a loop like a broken record from every one of those traitors.

I hope 'ol Nancy got a snoot full of Nadler's gitch gravy.

"The shart, it burns!"

He should have spent more time around decaying cadavers. He can't keep from gagging and sharting whenever Nancy HyPocrilmates.

Likely diabetic and is about to have his foot sawed off. Seriously, that's what it look like to me. He's shorter than Pelosi and looks like a land whale. He's gotta be 5'5" and close to 280. Dude needs gastric bypass or whatever it's called. And I know he has been fatter in his lifetime. If it's not diabetic issues, it's gravity and his age having to carry that tank around for decades. Them joints shot. Or he shit his pants.

If you look at before and after pictures, it looks like he already has. I think he's packed a lot of weight back on since the failed impeachment. He was under a lot of pressure to pull that off.

Some people keep stuffing their face after the GIBP that they stretch their stomach back out.
My Mom had it done, ate beyond her limits, destroyed what little stomach she had, then had to have it all removed. Now she has no stomach, she's hot wired from her throat to her asshole. Now she has to nibble all day long, which goes right through her. She's a freak of nature, I hope I have such great Doctors if I ever need them like that. I mean the ones that saved her life after the GIBP surgery. She was hospitalized for about 8 months. That was over 6 years ago, and she's still ticking.

GIBP
My last full-time job in Dallas was for Intracorp, a company owned by Cigna Healthcare where we edited letters in response to requests for medical procedures. The biggest client was CONY--employees of the City of New York. The most frequently requested procedure was gastric bypass under its technical name which I can't remember, a $40K operation in 2003. We had to write what was called a rationale in a box explaining why it was being denied (usually). Once, not only did the insured request it, but the spouse and three children as well, all denied--I'll bet that was a corpulent family. They had to have had a strict regimen of doctor's visits chronicling their weight gain every week or two, and on and on. One lady was denied the procedure because as it was explained, she had been around 385 lbs. the time she had the first one several years earlier and she had gained it all back in the meantime. I think that's pretty much the mentality pay for everything societies establishes, abuse your health and we'll take care of you anyway. One of the most disgusting descriptions was in the morbidly obese where it was said the abdomen hung down over the pubic area--ugh!
