A guy like Biden had to cheat and lie to get his wealth. Same with most politicians. Reagan would probably be the closest or Bush. None of them were poor, but Obama was upper class. Also gotta remember flights, food, cars, etc. can be paid with campaign money.

When the wife goes out she doesn't pay a dime of our money. Doesn't pay gas. Outside of housing, I don't think most people understand that politicians have no out of pocket costs.

i have a theory on that. they got lucky with grift and theft to get where they are, big money is rarely earned fairly, and that’s the game they play. trying to trade favors with other oligarchs to keep grift going.

I don't think the guy runs day to day operations. No different than my wife's boss. Maybe at the beginning, but definitely not now. Meet with managers Monday and take the rest of the week off. Good for him I suppose, but this is how it works.
