Tom Lehrer has decided at age 92 to place all of his songs into the public domain. This applies to all of his lyrics and music, but not necessarily other artists' music he wrote lyrics for.

Backstory goes he couldn't get the rights to the "That's Entertainment" song so he rewrote the melody just enough to not violate the copyright.
