Past Bitcoin hater changes tune, Economist Nouriel Roubini, also known as “Dr. Doom,” has admitted that bitcoin may be a store of value. yeah, just look at the screenshots DF. >40% in 1-2M ....and that was just Bitcoin. I have other precious coins too. Sry you missed out DF. Should have bought 3 years ago instead of bitching about it.
263   WookieMan   2020 Dec 17, 5:07pm

Did you sell any BTC? Ever. Yes or no? You haven't made anything if the answer is no.
264   Bitcoin   2020 Dec 17, 5:58pm

DF, I am up over 40% in just 1-2month :)
I continue to hold BTC as said multiple times. I know it takes you a while to grasp simple statements. It took you about a week to get this chart below and I am still not sure you actually get what it means...do you? Is the x axis and y axis clear enough for you?

265   Bitcoin   2020 Dec 18, 9:02am

Thanks Cash for the thoughts. I went big into ADA btw. Once its fully decentralized it should finally be added to Coinbase which should provide additional liquidity.

Institutions mainly buy BTC but enough retail BTC holders will move into ALTs. And at some point, new money (retail) will enter the market and pour into ALTs. I agree there is lots of upside here. The pairs (ALTs to BTC) have lots of catching up to do. ETH's price is currently around 2-3% of BTC :) :). Nobody should be surprised about ETH being 10% of BTC's price.

you are very optimistic. I consider Bitcoin below 20k cheap. 16.5k Bitcoin would be a great gift.

During a bitcoin bull run, you would want BTC to back test the 20 wma and since we are over extended, you expect it to evt retrace to confirm the 20wma as support line?

The handling of this election, the response, and the outright hostility of not allowing the truth, should terrify anyone that believed the above sentiment about Bitcoin.

The votes, ballot dumps, ballot drops, and sheer denial of the plain facts everyone can see in the open source Voting tabulation on election night into the following days.

What good is all of the safeguards, if human error, or a glitch in the software can explain away outright theft?

All it will take is for FOX and CNN to tell everyone they didn't see their BITCOIN get removed from their accounts and placed in another.
They can drag William Barr out on the View and he can tell Satan's ladies, how it appears to human error.

Patrick can see the early comments in these threads. I'm very confident if anyone was to analyze my comments and the responses, which user made this go south. I admit getting pissy after the fact. Oh well, doesn't take the truth out of my non-personal statements and facts. I've said I wished people luck, but didn't think it was a good route to go. I'm still not wrong if gains haven't been realized.

Ultimately I'm confident in what I do and I'm very wealthy by 1st world standards. Bitcoin is a dangerous gamble and I'll keep questioning people that pump it that cannot answer basic questions (notice I don't call out a user or name call anyone). I enjoy my life more than most. Copying and pasting lists and graphs, over and over and over without discussion is not normal.

There are crypto forums where people can bait others into thinking it's a good investment. The targets the pumpers seek out are not here. This crowd is generally of higher intelligence.
282   Bitcoin   2020 Dec 22, 5:39am

Analyze your comments? There's not much to analyze. You are just mad that Bitcoin is hitting new all time highs.
Why would we have to pump Bitcoin, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. For any Bitcoin hater here is one hedge fund or Nasdaq listed company that buys Bitcoin in the millions. A tiny investor like you wouldn't be able to move the price by $0.01. Nobody needs you.

Show some sort of respect and take it where it belongs this BS was never meant for this thread.

Talk to your boy. His history here is known. I don't sit back and get shit on with bad thoughts. I came into these threads cordial and having a discussion. Anyone can read that. Your boy took it to the gutter as he always has. BTC will dip, as you've posted yourself and he'll change usernames/accounts.

I'm 100% game for a civil discussion. But I don't take shit from morons. I actually don't think you are, but you got dragged into it by G36. He's a pumper through and through. You have more logic and nuance to the topic. I don't agree with you, but you've generally been more approachable on the topic and don't resort to name calling (most of the time).

He's a troll and I hope you understand that he doesn't invest in crypto. He's not your friend. He's likely some Eastern European thinking he's moving the market on some small forum that focuses on real estate and politics most the time. He doesn't understand time zones for Christ sake and can barely type anything close to a grammatically correct sentence in an age of auto correct. And yes, I make my errors, but they're not even close to the gibberish and low IQ sentences the guy pumps out.

BTC-20k/16.8k ETH-530/450/385 SEC is coming after XRP and I am stacking the XRP coins since the 60% dump with the coin I sold on the retest after the airdrop . Hopefully some funded an exchange or 2 life changing opportunity coming to those who make it happen, It won't fall in anyone's lap. ;) I have several others I am stacking while the discount shelf is available.

"BTC-20k/16.8k ETH-530/450/385"

In those bullish conditions I think we wont go back to 16.8 BTC / 385 ETH. But what do I know. I am happy with 20k BTC and my buy orders will fill.

Looking at the charts, in 2017 we had 30-40% corrections during the bull run. That institutional fomo is real though. Not a day without another big fish getting in.

They are likely done for the year and anyone new wanting to get in will not do retail FOMO and for the most part the charts won't even disclose. 19800 has weight and so does 16500+/- if it happens it will likely be fast and furious some of that inst. fomo $$$ could drive it down quick and easy there is still plenty of scared money in the arena.

IMO a great big profit taking is in the making and I am flat and in wait for a great big price discovery discount and reset
concerning BTC ETH among others. BTC 10000+/- (9800) is absolutely possible while Alt coins go ballistic.

@cash, so true. I guess its easier for some to try to ignore Bitcoin's massive success instead of educating themselves on it.
We are only away 80B from Tesla's Market cap. Watch what will happen when some of Apples, FB's, Teslas cash gets allocated to BTC.

Cash, whats your price prediction on Alt's like ETH, ADA, Link by the end of the year?
