I agree with this hypothesis. All of this could be to garner public support and to get the message out there. If the courts don't resolve it, then the EO report comes out and who else would decide the result/remedy of that report, but SCOTUS and/or state legislatures.

There's a good chance many more were in on this and I wouldn't be surprised if the Republicans retain the majority despite election fraud. Maybe a stalemate was planned all along by the interested parties who don't want any (more) regulation to pass (or removed) that could impact them.

Check the paper ballots that were placed in the vote counting machines. Determine the chain of custody for those ballots. Make sure they are authentic ballots that each legal voter submitted.

Check the mail in ballots to make sure they have signatures that match what is on file for the LEGAL registered voter. This will ensure that the voter submitted it and it was not submitted by someone else.

Above all, make sure every ballot was submitted by a legal registered voter. That each voter is a US citizen and legal resident of the state.

And make sure that each voter only voted once !!!!
