I'm honestly not too interested in the show, I'm interested in the conversation.
You'll not probably going to read this, but you already know I'm going. I keep asking you if I should bring food, beer is a given :)
I want to understand different viewpoints. I've been savage with you before, but now my generation is taking over, I don't think we are as a group any better.
Capsized a keel boat as well on Lake Folsom, but not my fault as the buckle jammed when I was letting out sail.
@Headset Are you from Sacramento?
I spent some years there as a kid and got my undergrad CS degree from Sac State. I got certified to sail the windsurfers and 15 foot sloops on Lake Natomas

I lived in Ranch Cordova for a year or so. That girl in the boat with me was also a student at Sac State.
I heard that island is privately owned and being bought and sold every decade or so for several million $$. For the life of me I can't understand who'd want buy such a useless piece of land in the middle of the bay next to a bridge (noise!) and refineries.
@Onvacation and @Patrick, I’d love to join for a few hours of relaxing on the boat if I get invited. I can pick you up in Menlo Park on the way to SF Patrick. 😅

Dystopia can be a tragedy or a comedy.
I can't help but laugh.

Hope it's not wasting too much space on your storage @Patrick
If you can upload it, then it's OK with me. I think I have a 10mb cap per upload at the moment.

Not without cannons and swords.
You have to build a cancel culture proof life, and they can’t touch you. It’s kind of what we are doing. Our simple life will not require much.
I think he was making a pirate joke.
I got that, was funny
No. I was being serious.
You better bring your cannon because I have my sword.
Argh!
Where does one legged pirate go for breakfast?
I hop
That joke would make a Jolly Roger cry.
Amen, brother. This is my strategy as well.
Avoid dependencies on the corporations (esp. banks) and the woke Nazis as much as possible. A simple life is a great advantage in this.
'
40ft? Are you renting it?
Noice!
