So is it just me, or does it not seem like Congress wants to help China out on their insatiable appetite for the world's Ocean fish.
Eradicate Asian Carp, is to set aside Millions or Billions to pay well connected people who get in early, to harvest the Asian Carp for Asia Market.
Count the Amber Jack in the Gulf, so they can scale the hatcheries based on the find.
Poultry breeding, we need cheaper chickens for the Asian market. They wont buy no ten dollar bird.

Asian carp is an invasive fresh water fish that has infested the Mississippi and God help us if it gets to the Great Lakes. It is the fish you see in videos where a guy is boating down the river while dozens of 3 foot long fish are jumping out of the water and even land in the boat. Snakehead is another invasive fresh water fish that is infesting lakes and rivers in Virginia. Would love to see these pests eradicated, but they have nothing to do with a stimulus bill.
Hmm its starting to look like the Asian Carp and Snakehead explosion was intentional.
