Why would our INTELLIGENCE agencies be spreading this bullshit rumor that a bunch of countries pulled out ambassadors just prior to the Earthquake? Oh, because somehow Earthquakes can either be accurately predicted or can be caused. When Enigma, the German encryption, was broken, London allowed itself to be bombed even though they knew DAYS AHEAD they were going to be bombed. This was done in order to prevent the Germans to know Enigma was cracked.
Remember Benghazi in 2012? Basically Hillary Clinton just let them fucking die. That's how much governments actually give a shit about stupid ambassadors. They would just let them die. They don't care.
