Military Sides with Biden

Thanks @porkchopexpress. This deserves its own thread.

MEMORANDUM FOR THE JOINT FORCE
SUBJECT: MESSAGE TO THE JOINT FORCE

The American people have trusted the Armed Forces of the United States to protect them and our Constitution for almost 250 years. As we have done throughout our history, the U.S. military will obey lawful orders from civilian leadership, support civil authorities to protect lives and property, ensure public safety in accordance with the law, and remain fully committed to protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The violent riot in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021 was a direct assault on the U.S. Congress, the Capitol building, and our Constitutional process. We mourn the deaths of the two Capitol policemen and others connected to these unprecedented events.

We witnessed actions inside the Capitol building that were inconsistent with the rule of law. The rights of freedom of speech and assembly do not give anyone the right to resort to violence, sedition and insurrection.

As Service Members, we must embody the values and ideals of the Nation. We support and defend the Constitution. Any act to disrupt the Constitutional process is not only against our traditions, values, and oath; it is against the law.

On January 20, 2021, in accordance with the Constitution, confirmed by the states and the courts, and certified by Congress, President-elect Biden will be inaugurated and will become our 46th Commander in Chief.

To our men and women deployed and at home, safeguarding our country-stay ready, keep your eyes on the horizon, and remain focused on the mission. We honor your continued service in defense of every American.

What about actions all across the country for the past months of people burning, looting, and murdering. You guys "witness" that? Anything to say about that?

No, of course not.

Absolutely EVERY major entity is corrupted, either because they are beneficiaries of the corruption, or because they're ignorant enough to believe the lies that the dems and their propaganda outlets keep pushing.

Like Sodom and Gomorrah or Rome, the fall comes when decadence and complacency set in.

From the 8 stages of civilization: http://blog.adw.org/2016/10/eight-stages-rise-fall-civilizations/

"8. From dependence back to bondage – As dependence increases, so does centralized power. Dependent people tend to become increasingly dysfunctional and desperate. Seeking a savior, they look to strong central leadership. But centralized power corrupts, and tends to usher in increasing intrusion by centralized power. Injustice and intrusion multiplies. But those in bondage know of no other solutions. Family and personal virtue (essential ingredients for any civilization) are now effectively replaced by an increasingly dark and despotic centralized control, hungry for more and more power. In this way, the civilization is gradually ended, because people in bondage no longer have the virtues necessary to fight.
Another possibility is that a more powerful nation or group is able to enter, by invasion or replacement, and destroy the final vestiges of a decadent civilization and replace it with their own culture.

Either way, it’s back to crucible, until suffering and conflict bring about enough of the wisdom, virtue, and courage necessary to begin a new civilization that will rise from the ashes."

So it's legal to discriminate against white men?

Can the Government Discriminate Based on Race or Gender?
June 14, 2013

One of the great misconceptions in the law is that government entities have the power to award contracts and bestow other favors based on race or gender. In reality, courts have strongly condemned attempts at social engineering by manipulating the rules to favor one citizen over another based on race or gender.

One such case involved Paramitjit Virdi, an architect who placed a bid to fulfill a contract for the Dekalb County Board of Education. Unfortunately for Mr. Virdi, the DeKalb County Board of Education maintained the mildly-named “Minority Vendor Involvement Program.” The program’s stated goal was to “provide increased opportunities for blacks, women, and other minorities to engage in business activities with the school system.” In practice, the minority participation preferences were used as quotas in awarding contracts. Under the program, contracts were not awarded to the lowest bidder. Instead, the program looked first to the minority participation goals and ensured minority vendors were awarded contracts in numbers that exceeded the stated goals on an annual basis.

In a case handled by A. Lee Parks, and the lawyers at Parks, Chesin & Walbert, Mr. Virdi challenged the minority set-aside program in federal court. On June 13, 2005, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit declared that the DeKalb County School District’s Minority Vendor Involvement Program was unconstitutional because it discriminated against vendors based on race, and favored African-American contractors and applicants. The set-aside program had been in effect in the DeKalb School System for fourteen (14) years.

In a strongly worded opinion, the Court struck down the program as unconstitutional on its face because it created clear racial classifications, and was not narrowly tailored to act as a remedy of some defined past act of discrimination as required by law. The Court rejected the School Board’s argument that there was a compelling remedial interest that supported this type of race-based preference program, finding that “no evidence that the DeKalb District considered any race-neutral alternative means of tracing its activities to avoid unwitting discrimination.” The case is Virdi v. Dekalb County School District, 135 Fed. Appx. 262 (2005).

According to Attorney Parks, “Declaring the Minority Vendor Involvement Program facially unconstitutional was a hard-fought victory for our client and other prospective contractors with the DeKalb County Schools.” Because of this victory, contracting with the DeKalb County School District can take place on an equal, race-neutral basis.

It is the well-established law of the land that the government cannot discriminate against citizens based on immutable characteristics such as race and sex.

I'll eat crow, it's necessary to grow.

Two months ago, my attitude the fraud was so overwhelming, and on top of it the statute-busting actions of governors and secs of state who basically ignored the state election laws (such as WI invalid voting illegally extended to all because COVID), and on top of that the novelty and untested nature of mail in ballots, there was no way SCOTUS couldn't hear it, and with all those B v Gore vets on the Court, it would all be kicked back to the State Legislatures who would then feel empowered by SCOTUS to repair the election.

Instead, every institution in the country cucked the fuck out, including Red States. Executives, Judges, and Legislatures. Not even a hearing. Everything ignored, rejected for bullshit reasons like standing or temporal bullshit, or buck passed around and around.

Karloff is fucking right. The Woke-Chicom tentacles weren't reaching out, they already had everything in a firm grasp.

Then again, sowing division to distract from how the elite have fucked us all is the real issue.

I'm not going to fall for it, not going to engage in talk about race or sex at all.

Just going to talk about how discrimination based on political affiliation is a Civil Rights issue, and how the 0.1% is in fact suppressing our right to free speech.

That's freedom of speech, protected by the constitution, which we all swore to uphold.

Also, political speech censored by silicon valley oligarchs, that's not protected speech.

Joints Chief statement a head fake? Is it real?

I read that Dec.10, 2020 (remember that) Trump enacted the Order Of Succession In Department Of Defense in case the acting DOD was incapacitated ( shot, garroted, poisoned, hit by a drone, run over, drowned, stabbed etc), and none of the successors included the Joint Chiefs i.e. they couldn't just kill Secretary of Defense and take over by fiat, the succession would go down the chain of command designated by Trump. Its purpose was clearly to keep certain parties in the DOD from that authority. Was this anticipating the Joint Chief's actions and reactions?

Are the Joint Chiefs irrelevant? Will they be caught up in any insurrection nets, if such insurrection nets even exist? Are they in on any of Trump's capers? Are there any Trump capers?

Again, if Trump is going to be out shortly, why would they have even bothered making such a statement?

It's fine to engage in hopium, but don't depend on it.

You can always find convoluted complex ways how things will work in your favor, but don't depend on them.

Assume we will have a successful coup on January 20th, and we have a senile old pedophiliac man that simply takes orders from the MIC to wage mindless wars, and will suppress the population that views him as illegitimate and our government as illegitimate.

What will you do then when it comes to pass? You may view this as a worst case scenario, but it's very likely to be the scenario. The MIC is evil and they have been running our nation for a very very long time in my opinion. The purpose of them is unending war.

There is another strange theory that does seem to take up the threads of many 'real history' things. I am not that familiar with these concepts, but people do crow about the Federal Reserve a lot, and the idea that USA has been a corporation owned by the City of London (the small banking one, not the big one) since 1870's and that the current strategy is aimed not toward Jan. 20, but allowing the Presidency to run out without a successor in order to dissolve both the Corporation USA and the Federal Reserve, and re-elect Trump March 4. as the NINETEENTH President after Grant, but in the legitimate, non owned corporate sense. Does that mean the strategy is to 'run out' the Presidency, install military elements to restore the Republic, and then swear Trump in later?

This also appears to be the origin of the notion that our major enemies emanate from the City of London with its hydra control-plex, and that China et alia are players but not central. These are also allied with the Globalists and the Brave New World 'Reset'.

I can't vouch for any of these except to say they are interesting twists in 'deep dive' theory. I meant a while ago to go into James Corbett's series on USA after the Civil War and through WWII, and a lot of that seems to be about the international perfidies surrounding Federal Reserve et alia. That'll take some classroom time.

You'll enjoy listening to Harley Schlanger.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wrgpoeeny0

Warning: consider him hopium and full of shit but his long held hypothesis is that the UK runs the USA and has for over 100 years. He is from the Lydon LaRouche group where almost everybody considered that a bunch of nutcases 30 years ago.

I engage in conspiracy theories for fun, but I'm never like "yeah! That's how it all works". It's only a possibility, and a slim one at that.

I don't think Schlanger is full of shit, but at the same time, I don't think he's knowingly spreading disinformation and I do not trust him to be correct. I listen to bullshit and months, even years later, I find out if they were correct or not. It's a hobby.

I don't believe or disbelieve certain conspiracy theories because I have learned from nearly indescribable events that I have experienced that reality is, indeed, stranger than fiction. A conspiracy theory is something about which I simply have insufficient information, and dismissing outright is not the answer. That is what they call contempt prior to investigation, which, as the pundits say, will keep you in perpetual ignorance.

I just table them when I have insufficient information and try to educate myself on the fitting the puzzle pieces later. Of course, it requires research and comparative weighing until coming to a summary conclusion.

However, the heat haze does seem to clear a bit about the British connection. Obama and Biden are icy, aristocratic whips across our faces for daring to break 'the contract' with the Federal Reserve and Corporation USA. Allowing the infusion of CCP type communism into our society is our punishment. Along with Blue Pill Covid Fraud around the world, it is the total contempt the Globalists and Deep (Shallow) State have for the populations of any particular countries.

Even some of the 'billionaires' like Soros and Epstein, were coined as such merely to induce the evil charm of money around their persona. Some say that Soros isn't the brilliant investor that they have claimed him to be, but is a longtime agent of MI6 and the City of London and was infused with money and guaranteed success to give him a patina. Of course, the 'brilliant investor' moniker was granted to Epstein, too, and was entirely fake.

However, it is clear Soros could not operate the way he does without the forces of high governance behind him but is simply another shell corporation to enact and enforce the will of banks and intelligence agencies.

I think that Robert Maxwell was a similar figure, but was divested for some reason and murdered (retirement plan for spies who know too much but might attempt to blackmail their masters). These various 'billionaires' can be divested as fast as they are anointed, and are more like highly paid employees and spies than anything else. They are not the bosses.

Biden may not be the issue at all but a symptom of the issue.

Exactly right. Soros influencing people back in the 70s or 60s would have been quashed by Cold Warrior intel/diplo people in a heartbeat. He could have only gotten his Open Society tentacles in everything with willing cooperation from the inside.
