Yesterday’s zaniest story ran in the Washington Post headlined, “Republican Liz Cheney says she will vote for Kamala Harris this election.” Well, of course. Who else? That’s her “jam.” How is this even ‘news?’
When I read it, that headline produced a strange echo. The other day, I described a slightly surreal conversation with a liberal relative. When I read the Journal’s caption, I recalled how my relative mentioned disgraced former Congresswoman Cheney in the exact same context. He’d urged me to consider how “lots of big Republicans” supported Harris. Skeptical, I asked, like who? Earnestly, without any sense of irony or self-awareness, he tossed out Liz Cheney, adding for emphasis how she spoke at the DNC last month.
Putting two and two together, I realized my relative was regurgitating MSNBC talking points. Aha! A new narrative! It was like spotting a blue-beaked crested wren or something. (Apologies to bird watchers.)
Corporate media is busily slinging its new narrative to Democrats, not to we Republicans, who reflexively emit horse laughs just hearing the name Cheney. Let’s not dwell on Dick, either.
It’s a rollicking narrative, too. Explaining the breaking news that Cheney “broke with the Republican Party on Wednesday” —but not before!— the Wall Street Journal scribbled her roundly despised name onto its “growing list of Republicans against Trump.” The Journal’s expanding list has two names on it so far, and I’ll give you one guess who is the second...
The article failed to mention that Cheney and Kinzinger were the only Republicans who “served on the House select committee,” or that they already broke with the party back in 2021 to do so. While it did note that Cheney lost her seat in the primary, the article didn’t mention the same thing happened to Kinzinger, nor did it bring up the fact both politicians are now homeless pariahs relegated to making the rounds on late-night MSNBC news panels.
So I went looking for the narrative, and immediately found it everywhere...
If endorsements are newsworthy, then conspicuously absent from this week’s corporate media reporting was the much more interesting story about Tim Walz’s extended family, which came out for Trump:

Those rascally Russians are at it again! Buckle up. Russiagate 2.0 has officially begun, just in time for the election. The New York Times ran a story this morning headlined, “Russia Secretly Worms Its Way Into America’s Conservative Media.” Never mind they just caught another deeply embedded Chinese spy in New York. Putin is always the problem. And, even after reading the article, it’s not at all clear that ‘America’s conservative media’ was involved.
Remember that, during covid, the U.S. government paid influencers to push jabs and lockdown narratives. Biden and Cackling Harris are paying influencers to promote their campaign. And NATO paid influencers to come to their big confab recently to promote warmongering.
But when Russia does it, it’s pure evil.
The gist was that a couple Russians hired a Canadian PR firm called Tenet Media. Tenet then paid social media influencers, to buy original content that was publicly posted on Tenet Media’s website. Tenet then “promoted” its original media channels on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
This week, with great fanfare, including an appearance by Grandma Garland herself, the DOJ indicted two Russian employees of Russia’s TV network “Russia Today,” in absentia, for money laundering and for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which is only enforced against conservatives. Hunter Biden could not be reached for comment. The DOJ’s indictment named but did not charge a variety of U.S. influencers like Tim Pool and Dave Rubin, describing them as unwitting victims of the foreign influence scheme.
The Times asked Russia Today to comment on the indictment, and the network promptly replied, “We eat U.S. D.O.J. indictments for breakfast. With lots of sour cream, usually.”
I would have guessed they’d eat it with ketchup, but maybe that’s just my American bias.
The DOJ’s indictment was unsurprisingly short on details of exactly what ‘influence’ the Russians were allegedly pushing. The only concrete example the indictment cited was general criticism of the Ukraine war, which seems like low-hanging fruit. I mean, I’ve personally dished out that kind of criticism in double handfuls. (Full Disclosure: I am not being paid by the Russians or anybody else for criticizing the Proxy War.)
It’s still gross, but this kind of pre-election DOJ censorship is vastly better than what we were dealing with the last time around. At least we can see them doing it this time.

No one cares how many millions were killed by this dictator or that warlord. These are mere numbers, the output of cold equations, processed by a part of the brain that has nothing to do with emotions. What matters is that, for decades, our media have produced an endless stream of lurid histories, novels, movies, documentaries, and television shows depicting the horrors of the Holocaust. These images have burned themselves into people’s minds. Small children are traumatized with them at an impressionable age – made to watch Schindler’s List or read Elie Wiesel’s Night or study The Diary of Anne Frank as part of their education. The victims of the Holocaust become, not mere numbers, not decontextualized names listed on a memorial somewhere, but real people, human beings with faces, hearts, souls, dreams, families, friends, lovers, and quirks of personality ... they become, in people’s minds, friends who were abused and murdered. Thus the Nazi who murdered them becomes the ultimate beast, not a mere villain of history, but a personal enemy.
The horrors unleashed by communism, however, are never talked about in such terms.
NYC COVID adviser brags in secret recording about drug-fueled sex parties mid-pandemic: ‘Had to be sneaky’

New York City’s former COVID czar was caught on a hidden camera boasting about having drug-fueled sex parties mid-pandemic — and admitting New Yorkers would have been “pissed” if they had found out at the time.
Dr. Jay Varma — who served as senior health advisor to then-Mayor Bill de Blasio and was tasked with running the Big Apple’s pandemic response — made the confession in secretly-recorded conversations with a so-called undercover operative from conservative podcaster Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club.”
“I had to be kind of sneaky about it… because I was running the entire COVID response in the city,” Varma was filmed telling the unidentified woman on Aug. 1 in what appears to be a restaurant.
The edited clips of the hidden camera footage, which were all recorded between July 27 and Aug. 14 in New York, were released by Crowder on Thursday. The Post has not reviewed the full, unedited recordings.
... In one clip recorded on Aug. 14, Varma was filmed acknowledging it would have been a “real embarrassment” for the city if he had been busted at the non-socially-distanced parties — despite saying there was no gathering restrictions at the time.
“We went to some like, underground dance party… underneath a bank on Wall Street… We were all rolling, we’re all taking molly [MDMA] and everybody’s high. And I was so happy because I hadn’t done that in like a year and a half,” he said in the clip.
“But I was looking around being like, ‘F–k, I wonder if anybody sees me they’re gonna be pissed’. Because this was not COVID-friendly,” he added. ...
At one point, Varma also bragged about his City Hall role, how he was involved in televised COVID briefings and was among those to convince de Blasio to enforce a vaccine mandate.
“I did all this deviant, like sexual stuff while I was like, you know, like on TV and stuff. People were like, ‘Aren’t you afraid? Aren’t you embarrassed?’ and I was like, ‘No, actually, I’m like, I love being my authentic self’,” he was filmed saying in a July 27 clip.
Varma, in a statement, acknowledged “I take responsibility for not using the best judgment at the time.” ...
Several lawmakers fumed over the newly-released footage, with Councilmember Joann Ariola (R-Queens) telling The Post it showed the “perverse corruption” of the de Blasio administration.
“This guy was running around living like a drug-fueled Caligula, mandating that ordinary New Yorkers suffer in lockdown and lose their livelihoods while he throws himself parties that could make a rockstar blush,” Ariola said.
“Dr Varma’s pathetic attempt to impress a date further revealed what we all knew- that the ‘leaders’ who shut down businesses, told us not to celebrate Thanksgiving, and fired workers for not taking the vaccine, have always been absolutely full of s–t,” added Councilmember Joe Borelli (R-Staten Island).
Meanwhile, Councilmember Robert Holden (D-Queens) urged the city to rehire municipal workers who lost their jobs for not following the vaccine mandate.
“These individuals dedicated their lives to this city, and especially in light of these revelations, it is unconscionable to continue fighting against them in court. It’s time to rehire these city workers and make things right, Mr. Mayor,” said Holden, who stressed there should be a “serious investigation” into Varma’s comments.
The Post reached out to de Blasio but didn’t hear back.
💉💉 In a year of remarkable developments, one of the most remarkable developments has been the continuing evolution of independent journalism, driven by the enemy occupation of corporate media, which has become a twisted coalition between big government and big business. This week, conservative independent journalist Steven Crowder released a hidden-camera interview with so-called “doctor” and sick pervert Jay Varma, who served as New York City’s ‘covid czar’ during the pandemic.
1-CLIP: Deviant “Doctor” Jay Varma describes taking his drugged wife to sex parties during covid while architecting lockdowns and mandates for the public (2:17).
2-CLIP: Degenerate Varma laughs about deliberately making life unbearable for ordinary folks with mandates, to coerce jabs (2:07).
3-YOUTUBE: Steven Crowder confronts NYC Covid Czar Jay Varma about covid sex parties and candid camera interview (16:54).
In the hidden-camera interviews (number 1 and 2, above), Varma was obviously setup, in a James O’Keefe-style Citizen Swiper operation. The married doctor clearly thought he was on a “date,” was lubricated to the point of carelessness, and chatted merrily about his official role in New York City during covid.
In the YouTube clip (number 3, above), Crowder confronts Varma, and tries to get some answers about his pandemic policy (and how badly it worked out). Sadly, the confrontation provides no closure. But there was one magnificent moment that provided great satisfaction: when Varma’s crestfallen face betrayed his sickening realization he was set up and had talked way too much.
Before ‘epidemiologist’ Dr. Jay Varma became Mayor DeBlasio’s Senior Science Advisor on Covid-19 in April 2020, he worked in upper management at the CDC. In other words, Varma is the cream of public health’s inclusive and diverse covid crop.
Crowder was careful, as he should have been, not to unintentionally defame Dr. Varma, especially over his degenerate sex life. Crowder reassured Varma he wouldn’t go there (while Varma insisted he was proud of his degeneracy).
But I will go there.
The videos and his own words prove Jay Varma is a horrible human being, a total pervert, an adulterer, and the very last person you would want running anything, much less being in charge of a major city’s pandemic response. In a functional society, people like Jay Varma would be driven away, exiled from normal life, put on a sex offender list, forced to slink around peep-show places like the sick deviant that he is, or preferably shot out of a cannon.
In the clips, Varma bragged to his ‘date’ that he convinced Mayor DeBlasio to impose the City’s mask and vaccine mandates. Varma’s goal, in his own words, was to “make it really f—ing hard to be unvaccinated.” That, Dr. Varma explained, is “The way we do it in public health.” Leaving no doubt, Varma described public health’s vaccine strategy in detail: “You can’t get a job, you can’t go to a restaurant, your kids can’t go to school...it’s like f— it, I’m just going to get vaccinated.”
That was bad enough. Varma’s infuriating gloating over his public health powers proved he should have been nowhere near management of a Brooklyn KFC, nevermind of the whole City. It’s terrifying he somehow surfaced at the top echelons of the CDC and then New York City.
But believe it or not, Varma’s story is even worse. Much worse.
In his own words, Varma also bragged about his drug use, orgies, and sexual deviancy. He was not one bit ashamed. Here’s just part of what he chirpily confessed to his fake date on hidden camera:
“(During lockdowns) we went to some like, underground dance party underneath a bank on Wall Street. We were all rolling (taking drugs).
… I had to be kind of sneaky about it. I was running the entire Covid response for the city. We rented a hotel ... we all took like, you know, molly (Ecstasy/MDMA). 8 to 10 of us were in a room (having an orgy) ... like just being naked with friends … it was not Covid-friendly.”
To be absolutely one hundred percent clear: if you think I’m being too hard on the good doctor, it’s not me. Varma described himself as a sick pervert and marveled how he got away with it: “I did all this deviant sexual stuff while I was, you know, like on TV and stuff…”
So.
Steven Crowder mainly focused on Varma’s hypocrisy: by taking drugs and having orgies, Varma obviously was unafraid of catching covid, so what were all the mandates about? Which was a fine point, and a great question, but what about the drugs and the deviancy?
Call me old fashioned, or prudish, or what have you, but I believe this kind of reckless, immoral behavior should be immediately disqualifying from holding any kind of public office. Varma shouldn’t even have been sorting mail at the post office. I mean, how are our government coming up with these people? And why are they always sexual deviants? Are they hiring each other?
We’ve seen this happen again and again, right from the pandemic’s start. The epidemic of sex pests began in Britain. Like with ‘professor’ Neil Ferguson, whose terrifying (wrong) covid models launched a thousand lockdowns. The UK Daily Mail, May 2020:
Who sunk Neil Ferguson? Was it a jealous
relative, scientific rival or an economic
hawk keen to end lockdown despite
Britain's atrocious death figures who
revealed his affair?
Prof Ferguson has quit from his government roles after flouting his lockdown
What a dumb question. Who sunk Neil Ferguson? Neil Ferguson sunk Neil Ferguson, that’s who. Come on, Daily Mail. Do better.
Or, how about Britain’s mandate architect and Health Sex-retary Matt Hancock, also caught cheating, also during lockdowns. UK Sun, June 2021:
CHEATING HANCOCK Matt Hancock's secret affair with aide Gina
Coladangelo is exposed after office snogs while Covid raged on
And don’t make me list the many deviant transsexuals in the Biden Administration, or re-describe our so-called ‘Monkeypox Czar.’
Did covid create the perverts, or were the perverts just exposed by covid? If the latter, is this another covid miracle?
Jay Varma is living in a hell of his own creation. He only thinks he’s enjoying semi-retirement and his millions in misappropriated covid cash. I pray Jay finds redemption in this life, before he dies in some unfortunate misunderstanding with his drug dealer or in a bizarre hypoxic orgy accident or something.
Thanks to Steven Crowder and his team for breaking this story, a story that corporate media refuses to tell. It’s difficult to quantify how much injury to public health’s nearly invisible reputation can be chalked up to the disclosure of how someone like Jay Varma could possibly float to the top of the public health establishment’s professional septic tank.
Public health, heal thyself.
