When I was in my car listening to NPR on the day Biden dropped out and endorsed Harris, NPR had all the talking heads say how the Democrat Party will "remake" Harris.

They even said if she lingers like Biden in the polls, then it could open up competition for a Biden replacement at the Democrat convention.

So going by the polls now, like how Michigan just swung in Harris favor (she got 54%), it looks like Harris is guaranteed to be the Democrat candidate.

All her past blunders, her Soros Prosecutor legacy in liberal dystopia and shithole California, and her Open Border Czar role were erased.

The mainstream media working hard on "remaking Harris" more so then they did "reinventing" Al Gore in 2000.

There's no one else in the Dem party. Besides Cheney in recent history, most VP's run anyway. Also I think most can agree the Dem party is batshit crazy at this point. Not a knock on the Californians here, but the rest of the country knows CA is run like shit. So Newsom is a non-starter and the CA electoral votes are already going Dem anyway. Because she was VP, a lot of uneducated/young voters are not going to know she was from CA.

Technically she should be President now. If Biden can't run a campaign, how is he running the country? The coming months are going to be interesting. I do think she becomes president before January. I hope I'm wrong to be honest. Timing is key. If it's before November, she then become the incumbent. I already feel that's what is happening.

Lemon contended the issue was never about Harris being “Black enough,” but was more so about whether she shares the experience of American descendants of slaves, also known as “ADOS.”

“No, no, no, no. I don’t think you hear what people are saying,” he told Ryan. “To want the distinction to say is she African-American, or is she Black or is she … whatever — there is nothing wrong with that. There is a difference between being African-American and being Black.”

Lemon argued that all Harris had to say is that she is Black, not African-American.

Ryan countered the assertion by pointing to Harris’ lineage, arguing that many enslaved Africans landed in Jamaica “and all these other Caribbean islands.”

“So she could indeed be African-American mixed with others, but she is a Black woman,” she said.

“Jamaica is not America,” Lemon said, interrupting her again. “Jamaica did not come out of Jim Crow. I’m just saying.”
