People think this is silly because the only thing they can think of when somebody says "fascism" is killing Jewish people.

DC is a city state that is not part of the United States. Word is, they pulled a fast one in 1871 and made it an independent corporation owned by the City of London and the Vatican in exchange for bail out loans, and that the laws ruling DC are not the Constitution or American laws, but Roman Law. The Royals and the City of London have considered us vassals of the Commonwealth since then, and our seas are under British Maritime Law. That explains a lot, because apparently Roman Law is extremely porous to corruption. As long as a facade is maintained, they can be as corrupt and murderous as they want behind the scenes. That seems to be the way the Vatican, in fact, conducts itself.

So why do they commit treason? DC is independent of the USA and as long as they serve the city state, they can't commit treason? They are actually paid by the corporation owned by the Vatican? Has the military surrounded DC because the city states of the Vatican and DC have declared war on the people of the United States? It certainly feels like it. The Vatican was a prime participant in the election fraud through its Leonardo satellites.
