Benny Gantz won the last election in Israel. Israel's election system is as corrupt as the United States. Do Israelis want to be in forever conflict like the United States now is? If they do, they vote for Netanyahu who is being indicted on corruption charges - provided he's not PM.

The US has adopted Israel's entire political system. Continual war, censored press, oligarchs run the nation, corporations are directly supported by the state. The US has become is much more like Israel today, than it was 30 years ago.

Doesn't matter if you dip your finger if ballots can be created on the fly.

Ballots must be associated with the voter. We're both in "high tech" no reason that a QR code of the voter's own making can't be created on the fly to allow validation of the voting system. A random number generated below 1,208,925,819,614,629,174,706,176 can be generated, that is associated with the the ballot, only known to the voter - random sampling can confirm the vote then. Here's the QR code of that number:



I told you I work with Tox - you know how an ID is generated? It's (basically) a random number, which nobody in the world is likely to recreate - 1 in many many trillions. Essentially, even with the birthday problem, nobody in 4 or 8 or a trillion people will generate the same number as another. There is no need for a central authority because nobody creates the same number as another - it's statistically impossible. This problem is solved, and has been solved for 20 years.

We do not have a legitimate voting system. It is trivial to secure it, but it isn't, because we don't have a legitimate voting system. There is absolutely no attempt to secure the voting system because the people who are in power, were not elected. They don't want to fix it, if they did, they'd be hung. We have been in a dictatorship for a long time, only now are people starting to suspect it. It's taken forever.

The point of totally secret ballots is to prevent this kind of intimidation or round-up of dissenters. How to guarantee voter security?

I totally disagree with you.
If people are so scared to declare who they voted for, there is no democracy to begin with.
Vote should be open with "FU" to anybody who discriminates based on that.

Mughals were doing all kinds of atrocities on Bharti people.
The creation of Khalsa was that "we will stand with our convictions and dress code" and face what may come.
If US voters can't do that they don't deserve a vote.

Uhhhh...we can vote, but it doesn't mean anything as the counting process is rigged.
