Twice-Deported Illegal Border Crosser Charged with Murder after 2 Bodies Found in Nashville
Biden Admin Orders Banks Not to Reject Illegal Immigrants' Loan Applications
Two federal agencies have warned financial institutions not to reject illegal immigrants' credit applications based solely or mostly on citizenship status.

The Biden administration has warned U.S. banks and other financial institutions that they can't reject illegal immigrants' credit applications based solely or predominantly on their immigration status.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) said in a recent statement that rejecting illegal immigrants for credit cards and various types of loans just because they are noncitizens is unlawful.
The two agencies stated that they were issuing the warning "because consumers have reported being rejected for credit cards as well as for auto, student, personal and equipment loans because of their immigration status, even when they have strong credit histories and ties to the United States and are otherwise qualified to receive the loans." ...
"DOJ and CFPB tell banks it might be illegal to refuse to loan money to people [who] broke federal law to reach the bank. You gotta be kidding me. The invasion of illegal immigrants is intentional and must be stopped," he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
According to the Center for Immigration Studies, there were roughly 11.35 million illegal immigrants residing in the United States as of January 2022.
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on Monday calling for the deportation of foreign nationals who support Hamas.
In the letter addressed to the agency’s secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, the GOP senator urged the department to deport any foreign nationals who have expressed support for Hamas’s attacks on Israel, including international students studying in the U.S.
“I write to urge you to immediately deport any foreign national—including and especially any alien on a student visa — that has expressed support for Hamas and its murderous attacks on Israel,” Cotton wrote. “These fifth-columnists have no place in the United States.”
The letter, obtained by The Hill, comes as activists and college students across the U.S. have faced pushback after organizations at multiple colleges put out statements that have been characterized as defending the killings in Israel.
Cotton suggested that the DHS starts with deporting international students who signed or approved the letter from the Harvard Palestine Solidarity Committee.
“Swiftly removing and permanently barring from future reentry any foreign student who signed onto or shared approvingly the anti-Semitic letter from the Harvard Palestine Solidarity Committee on October 7 would be a good place to start,” Cotton wrote.
At Harvard, a group of more than 30 student-led groups signed a controversial letter saying that Israel was “entirely responsible for all unfolding violence” happening in the region. The statement has since removed the names of the signing groups. Similar efforts took place at the University of Virginia and New York University.
Other pro-Palestinian student organizations distanced themselves from Hamas.
“We just stand for peace, it’s an emotional conflict,” one member of the Palestinian Solidarity Committee at Indiana University told the Indiana Daily Student newspaper.
Cotton said that despite Americans having the First Amendment right to speak freely, that same privilege does not apply to foreign nationals in the U.S.
“The appalling explosion of anti-Semitism in the United States over the past few weeks should disturb anyone who shares American values,” Cotton wrote. “While American citizens may have a First Amendment right to speak disgusting vitriol if they so choose, no foreign national has a right to advocate for terrorism in the United States.”
New York City offers one-way plane tickets to illegal immigrants to get them out
New York City officials are offering illegal immigrants a one-way ticket to anywhere in the world as part of its latest drive to get them off the streets ahead of the winter.
The city, which is seeing an influx of 4,000 new immigrants each week, has asked the Biden administration and the state of New York to help with the crisis, but it continues to face a worsening problem as the city runs out of room to house them.
One thing mysteriously missing from this article — and all the other articles about this developing story — is the federal government’s argument why it should be allowed to take down Texas’ barbed wire fences. I mean, what could possibly be the rational justification? The closest the Times’ article got to an explanation was citing that the order lets border agents remove migrants who get caught in the fence for medical treatment, and vaguely referenced the federal government’s powers to control immigration.
Last week, Texas lawmakers passed a law criminalizing illegal border crossing, which allows local police to arrest migrants for breaking the new Texas law, since local police lack jurisdiction to enforce federal immigration laws. Last week, the Times ran a gloomy article observing this new law “poses a direct challenge to the federal government’s authority over policing the borders” and will almost certainly wind up in court.
Texas democrats opposed the new law because … it was racist. “My community is being attacked,” one Latino representative, Armando Walle, a Houston Democrat, told his Republican colleagues. “Y’all don’t understand,” he said. “It hurts us personally.”
Uh huh.
Biden Regime Deploys Heavy Machinery to LIFT Razor Wire for Massive Mob of Illegals at Rio Grande
Border Hawk cameras captured the moment Border Patrol used heavy machinery to raise concertina wire erected by Texas authorities - just as a group of more than 300 illegal aliens 'coincidentally' arrived in the area and stormed the river bank at Eagle Pass, TX.
"This huge caravan of around 300 migrants crossed into Eagle Pass thanks to Border Patrol lifting the barbed wire. Hundreds of migrants crossed in a few minutes," Border Hawk correspondent Efraín González reports.
"Somehow, these large groups of migrants are informed about the place and time when the forklifts raise the barbed wire to cross in groups."

Migrant family journeys back to Venezuela, more leaving Chicago as winter looms: ‘The American Dream doesn’t exist anymore’

... On Nov. 3, they set out to go back to Texas. And from there, they would go to Venezuela, the country they fled to seek asylum in the United States. They’re among the countless number of migrants who have chosen to leave Chicago in recent weeks in their search for a better life. They’re looking for warmer weather, more resources or to reunite with friends and family in other places.

But it looks like plenty will keep coming into to replace them thanks the REPUBLICANS killing the initiatives to secure the border. But keep voting down party lines thinking you're making a difference. If you didn't get it after 9/11 and the Patriot Act, when Republicans controlled everything, this probably won't sink in either.
