A migrant An illegal A criminal alien (no person is illegal!) who is seeking asylum in the United States admitted in an interview that aired Sunday that he would not have attempted to travel to the U.S. if Donald Trump were still president.

In fact, the migrant illegal said specifically that he decided now was the right time to seek asylum here because of President Joe Biden.

ABC News anchor Martha Raddatz recently spoke with a Brazilian man — just one of the tens of thousands of migrants illegals who are traveling to the U.S. in search of asylum — who admitted that Biden's presidency was a motivating factor for coming to America.

"Would you have tried to do this when Donald Trump was president?" Raddatz asked.

"Definitely not. Definitely. We have a chance, you know. The same environment that's been going on today wasn't there last year," the man responded. "We used to watch the news and I definitely wouldn't do this."

Raddatz followed up," So did you come here because Joe Biden was elected president?"

"Basically, basically," the man said. "The main thing was the violence in my country. And the second thing, I think, was Joe Biden."

That will not pass muster. You cannot single out a specific ethnicity to selectively enforce the law. The government needs to deport all illegals.

One thing mysteriously missing from this article — and all the other articles about this developing story — is the federal government’s argument why it should be allowed to take down Texas’ barbed wire fences. I mean, what could possibly be the rational justification? The closest the Times’ article got to an explanation was citing that the order lets border agents remove migrants who get caught in the fence for medical treatment, and vaguely referenced the federal government’s powers to control immigration.

Last week, Texas lawmakers passed a law criminalizing illegal border crossing, which allows local police to arrest migrants for breaking the new Texas law, since local police lack jurisdiction to enforce federal immigration laws. Last week, the Times ran a gloomy article observing this new law “poses a direct challenge to the federal government’s authority over policing the borders” and will almost certainly wind up in court.

Texas democrats opposed the new law because … it was racist. “My community is being attacked,” one Latino representative, Armando Walle, a Houston Democrat, told his Republican colleagues. “Y’all don’t understand,” he said. “It hurts us personally.”

Uh huh.

Biden Regime Deploys Heavy Machinery to LIFT Razor Wire for Massive Mob of Illegals at Rio Grande

Border Hawk cameras captured the moment Border Patrol used heavy machinery to raise concertina wire erected by Texas authorities - just as a group of more than 300 illegal aliens 'coincidentally' arrived in the area and stormed the river bank at Eagle Pass, TX.

"This huge caravan of around 300 migrants crossed into Eagle Pass thanks to Border Patrol lifting the barbed wire. Hundreds of migrants crossed in a few minutes," Border Hawk correspondent Efraín González reports.

"Somehow, these large groups of migrants are informed about the place and time when the forklifts raise the barbed wire to cross in groups."

I know a young Sikh guy, early 20's, who told me a lot of interesting things about illegal immigration.

For one, there are tons of Sikhs who cross into the US illegally via Mexico. They are welcomed at the border by US so-called "border patrol" agents. They are held for a few days, fed, and then normally just released into the US with a court date. A few are held longer, and some, very rarely, sent back. But mostly they are actively invited in under the Biden administration.

He said the big risk for Sikhs is getting robbed by the Mexican or other police in Latin America. He knows one guy who entered Guatemala illegally on his way to the US, and was picked up by Guatemalan police, who demanded $2,000 to release him. He paid and was released, and made it to the US and was welcomed by the border "guards" here. His Sikh friends told him that his mistake was wearing the turban, because that clearly marks him as not Guatemalan and thus a target for extortion.

Once in the US, they usually go work illegally in an Indian restaurant for cash for a while and try to get someone to "lend" them a Social Security number so they can move up to a job at a 7-11 owned by Sikhs. This can cause tension because the Sikh lending the SSN will see his taxes increase because of the work the illegal is doing, and wants to be paid for those extra taxes.

After working at a 7-11 for long enough to pass the truck driver training, they then try to get a job as a truck driver, which is where the big money is for them. Sikhs used to make a lot driving trucks until gas prices crushed the independent truckers.

He said his own family came as tourists and simply overstayed their visa. They were then not penalized at all, but instead given SSN's and work permits. His dad then loaned his SSN to a cousin who came in illegally, but the guy refused to pay the extra taxes he caused and now there is some bad blood between them.

And he says all this stuff quite openly, because it's hardly a secret that Biden has not only obliterated the border, but is actively flooding the country with whomever wants to come in.

But it looks like plenty will keep coming into to replace them thanks the REPUBLICANS killing the initiatives to secure the border. But keep voting down party lines thinking you're making a difference. If you didn't get it after 9/11 and the Patriot Act, when Republicans controlled everything, this probably won't sink in either.

Migrant family journeys back to Venezuela, more leaving Chicago as winter looms: ‘The American Dream doesn’t exist anymore’
By Laura Rodríguez Presa

... On Nov. 3, they set out to go back to Texas. And from there, they would go to Venezuela, the country they fled to seek asylum in the United States. They’re among the countless number of migrants who have chosen to leave Chicago in recent weeks in their search for a better life. They’re looking for warmer weather, more resources or to reunite with friends and family in other places.

Lol.

Uh-oh! The UK Daily Mail ran a story Saturday headlined, “Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs demands $512M reimbursement from Biden in scathing letter accusing him of failure to secure southern border.”

Democrat Katie Hobbs might want to check in with New York Mayor Eric Adams, before she gets too far down the risky road of complaining about the mafia-like Biden Administration’s open border policies. But Katie Hobbs is not, as they say, an intellectual giant.

Last Tuesday, Lukeville, Arizona’s daily count of illegal migrant ‘encounters’ topped the historic record, shooting over 12,000 per day for the first time. At that rate, new arrivals total +120,000 every ten days, or +1.2 million every three months — and that’s just the ones streaming through Lukeville.

At this rate, illegals could soon outnumber citizens.

Lukeville’s illegals hailed from all over the world, including far-flung places like China, India, and Senegal. And they were mostly male.

When asked, Customs and Border Patrol agents blamed, not Joe Biden, but the smugglers for the surge in illegals. Those wily smugglers! Refusing to enforce U.S. border policy!

Maybe Katie isn’t as dumb as she looks. Maybe there’s safety in numbers. Along with Governor Hobbs, both Arizona Senators — Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema — slammed the Lukeville situation and demanded better solutions from Biden's administration.

You have to give her credit for getting right down to it. The final paragraph in Katie’s short letter to President Robert L. Peters demanded a half-billion dollars:

Additionally, due to the federal government's failure to secure our border, the State of Arizona has spent $512,529,333 on border operations including migrant transportation, drug interdiction, and law enforcement. Pursuant to Section 26-105(E) of the Arizona Revised Statutes, I am requesting the federal government reimburse the state for these expenses. I anticipate coordination between our offices to secure these funds. I look forward to your prompt response on the above matters.
Haha, don’t hold your breath waiting for that “prompt response,” Governor.

You know, it’s hard to say what happens next. It’s one thing to unleash the FBI on a mayor like Eric Adams, and quite another to go after a sitting Governor. But on the other hand, there is precedent, since the FBI did almost try to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

So, Governor Hobbs may want to buff up her security team. Just saying.
