Stout New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the same corpulent crime-fighter prosecuting President Trump, was also the same plump DA who released the border-jumpers without bail last week. Bragg, battered by criticism is, pillow-like, absorbing the body blows, defending his decision to release the renegade border-jumpers, and is bum-rushing a grand jury to indict the same scofflaws who beat down two cops in Times Square recently on camera and were arrested but immediately released to go about their affairs.
It’s almost like they don’t want to know who these people are. For some reason.
In any case, the well-rounded, Soros-supported district attorney’s “no bail” policy will soon be put to the test when the indictments inevitably come through. Then we’ll all see whether the young men — who have no valid i.d. and are deliberately not tracked as “sanctuary policy” (so as not to put the criminals in any danger of ICE deportation) — we’ll see whether Alvin will be able to find any of them to re-arrest once he gets the indictments.
To help avoid confusion, I made this helpful infographic, so you would know where you stand in the two-tiered criminal justice system these days. You are down on the second tier, which is kind of like being assigned to deck one on the cruise ship. You might even be below the second tier, somewhere underneath the Constitutional waterline:
Let's dive into this $118-billion flaming piece of garbage they call a bipartisan "border security" bill
Biden Admits Senate Border Bill Is Precursor to Amnesty for All Illegal Aliens
Illegal Migrant Encounters Already Exceed 1 Million since October, CBP Data Shows
If we're gaining $7 trillion from the illegals
A manhunt is underway in New York City after a teenage illegal alien shot a woman in Times Square before opening fire on police officers.
The gunman shot a woman at a Times Square clothing store.
The shooter was identified as an illegal migrant who remains on the loose, authorities said.
The gunman has been named as 15-year-old Jose Alejandro Rivas Figueroa.
Figueroa is a Venezuelan national who entered the United States illegally by crossing the open Southern Border from Mexico.
He was living in a temporary shelter that is paid for by NYC taxpayers, NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell revealed.
A number of outlets including CBS reported that — because of Republicans! — the city of Denver is beginning to cut real municipal services in order to support a burgeoning population of illegal migrants in the Mile-High City. (But that does NOT mean we have a border problem, don’t be ridiculous. We have a funding problem.) The new cuts come on the one month anniversary of Denver cutting all city budgets by 10%, across-the-board, back on January 9th. ...
Mayor Johnston really couldn’t stress this enough — although he tried his hardest — it is the Republicans’ fault, for not federally funding the illegal border jumpers’ care by sending Denver a lot of other cities’ taxpayer dollars.
Mayor Johnston then smuggled his two main points across his presentation’s border, carefully concealed in a basket of bureaucratic buzzwords. First, cuts to long-standing city programs like parks and the DMV require a shared sacrifice. Second, the cuts will be equitable.
What Mayor Johnston was trying to say is the sacrifice will be shared equitably, meaning unevenly. The city plans to mainly cut services to passengers in coach class, meaning taxpayers, before the shared sacrifices equitably reach any citizens who ride Denver in First Class which, for now at least, includes illegal immigrants. ...
Democrats voted for Denver to become a sanctuary city in 2017, right after — did Mayor Johnston already mention this? — those wily Republicans somehow tricked them into doing it. But as far as I can tell, unlike New York, Denver has no ‘right to shelter’ law for illegals.
Over the past year, Denver has welcomed with open arms over 40,000 border jumpers, which in military terms is about twelve brigades or forty battalions. Just saying.

More than anything, the video — and O’Keefe’s previous ones in the same series — leaves us with two overriding impressions. First, these so-called “charity workers” are obsessed with secrecy. One lady in this clip explicitly said, “we are all paranoid,” and admitted she only wears her covid face mask “when the white people show up, so they won’t take my picture.”
What are they hiding from the white people?
The second, secure impression one gets watching these clips is that the U.S. government is dumping billions of dollars into the cartels. Quite obviously, the pallets of cash attracting all these shady groups to help border jumpers jump the border are being washed through federal grants, probably through HHS or Homeland Security.
Take a close look at the ‘facility’ shown in O’Keefe’s video. Does that look like something a US-based charity group set up? Or does it look more like something thrown together by a Mexican cartel?
I’m going with cartel. Give me one reason why I shouldn’t conclude the cartels are creating front groups to grab all the federal grant money by relocating illegals into America.
This is the problem with big government. There’s too much power routed through one bottleneck, and too few effective checks and balances. All our enemies had to do was capture the decision maker.
