So, I've heard a lot about "shedding" from the vaxx'd to the unvaxx'd. My understanding is the theory is that they're shedding spike proteins, not the virus since the virus isn't even in the vaxx. So does anyone believe that the unvaxx'd is at significant risk of shedding?

I hear that a couple sheriffs in Colorado died from the CCP virus. I'm not sure what their comorbidities were.

So the vax doesn't provide sterilising immunity, which means you can still get/transmit it afterwards, but the benefit is that your symptoms/severity should be greatly reduced.

So if vaxxed people can still transmit, why would they be excluded from mask/distancing requirements?

From my understanding the potential of shedding is near zero but if you wanted it to be practically zero you'd want to avoid close contact with a freshly vaccinated person for 24-72 hours. Just don't get vaccinated and don't have your wife/husband/gf/bf or real doll get vaccinated.
