I still don't think some understand how trivial covid is. Neighbor got the 2nd poke 2 days ago. She was out by 8pm last night and we'll all usually hang until midnight or 2am on a weekend. She was not herself.

Went on a very nice long bike ride along the coast of dana point, san juan Capistrano and san clemente.
Beautiful weather and beaches. And awesome trails. Had lunch at a Ramen place. Walked in and realist I didnt bring a mask on my bike ride. The very nice, attractive Asian lady said that they dont care. Its great to see things are normalizing and you can sit down in a good restaurant and enjoy great food. I tipped her extra....not just the great food/service but that she said they dont care about masks :) :)

In asian countries people are used to large crowds (high density living) and wearing masks BTW. It should be optional here. Its okay if you want to wear one and its okay not to wear it.

Went shooting the other day to try out the new pistol and rifle. A bunch of guys with jeeps and FJ's. I dont know if any of these guys have covid or not but since I got vaxxed I dont really care all that much anymore. I don't like being sick. I totally get that some people are terrified of needles or vaccines. I also get that people just dont like vaccines in general or dont like the fact that this is a experimental biologic agent. It's just guidelines that businesses have to follow. If they dont follow it, I guess they could get in trouble.
When I went to AZ a month ago, they were open and had no mask requirements. I liked that the lady (at the Socal Ramen place) didnt care about the guidelines, plus she was attractive. Therefore, i tipped her extra well. It would have sucked if she would have said, sorry, you need a mask.
In another incident i went to a very nice restarant at the water in newport beach....i walked in without a mask and the lady (also hot) at the counter asked me kindly to take one of their masks for people who forgot their mask. That was cool with me too. Its not their fault....their just follow orders. And wearing a mask to get to your table isnt the end of the world.

Life is starting to feel normal again in SoCal.....you can sit inside now and restaurants at the beach are packed. Love it.

Not outside of CA. Hell I didn't even wear a mask on the plane or airport during my last flight. Haven't worn a mask to table in over 9 months. Always have it, never use it. Our restaurants just stayed open where I'm at in IL. I don't think you realize that much of the country has been basically wide open and non-mask wearing since June 2020. Just stay out of the big cities and life is totally normal.

Saw couple of people I haven't seen since the start of this WuFlu shit last year. Acquaintances I know from a common hobby, not close friends. Holy fucking shit: both got vaccinated over last several weeks, were wearing masks outdoors in an open field and all they have to talk about was the fucking vaccine - how they got lucky to get theirs, how I need to hurry up and schedule it for myself, how "everybody" in their offices have been jabbed, how they still wear masks, have plexiglass dividers and almost hourly surface cleaning there (and were very cheerful about that), how it's weird and unusual that I haven't got it yet while "everybody else" have been "vaccinated", yada-yada-yada.... They literally couldn't be steered into any other topic, just fucking covid and motherfucking "vaccines" for almost 40 minutes until I got tired of that shit and left.
