When you walk past someone else without a mask on outdoors, please thank them, preferably loud enough for others to hear.

"Thank you for not wearing a mask!"

Conversely, if you have the guts, ask people wearing a mask two questions:

1. "Why are you wearing a mask?" They will reply with some false answer about safety.
2. "How many outdoor transmissions have there been worldwide?"

And that's enough. No need to get into any argument. Let them look up the answer.

Wow @Patrick that guy has ballz! You should dedicate a standing thread to him featuring this video. God bless this guy telling the leftoid canuck gestapo to buzz off! Outstanding.

The Polish know Gestapo when they see them!

I don't know how to get at the video without linking to Facebook, which I really don't want to do.

Anyone know how to screen capture a few seconds of it?

Here are the 1st 20 seconds. The whole 2 minutes was too large to upload.

Maybe people wearing masks are ugly. I've been mildly flirting with this female trainer at my gym, only to be disappointed when I finally saw her face when she took a drink from her water bottle.

Mask wearing is stupid on so many levels, one of which you just mentioned. I'm sure it will be called bullying or low class, but looks matter. There's a lot to the human face in communication and body language (face language) as well. Like being able to tell if someone is upset. Mouth movements (reactions) matter.

And of course the horse mouth, crooked teeth gal is getting away with it right now. Wouldn't be surprised if that's 20-30% of the reason masks are still a thing. Ugly chicks, and guys I suppose getting more attention with only eyes showing.

On my lunchtime walk yesterday, I saw two people pull up masks when I approached and each time I said "That's really not necessary, since there is no outdoor transmission. See NY Times on Feb 12th..."

To my surprise, both of them agreed! The first said she pulled up her mask because some old man had yelled at her for not having one. The second one said she was from Alaska but heard that people in the Bay Area were real fanatics so she was afraid of not complying.

In both cases it was not fear of the virus, but fear of irrational people.

Normally I do wear my mask when walking outside even though I think it's epidemiologically useless because oftentimes it is socially constructive to "signal" virtuous behavior.

But today I was at first drinking some water while walking and then I just didn't put it back on.

Beloved High School track coach fired because he didn’t force athletes to wear masks during outdoor races

Sorry to hear it.

The people who fired him should definitely be fired themselves. How can we help that happen?

Reiner Fuellmich points out that many government functions have now been taken over by private corporations.

For example, Big Tech is now in effect the arbiter of what is allowed to be spoken in public.

The merging of corporate and government power is part of the classic definition of fascicsm.

The take home bombshells (not to those of us here who have been saying this for months) are that 1) the PCR tests do not diagnose viral disease or infection and 2) there is essentially no asymptotic spread of the virus because only those people who have active viral replication in their cells show symptoms. Those who do not have viral replication in their cells don’t shed the virus, and also don’t show symptoms.

Niece got booted from school today because she was around a kid that tested positive. I picked her up because my sis was at the doctor herself. I didn't give a flip. Why at this point? I should be dead by now if it was sooooooo dangerous.

This has to stop at some point. Logic isn't a thing anymore. I'm getting heat from my mom now to get vaccinated. I ain't touching that shit. I'm very cut and dry type. If I don't see her for years, I frankly don't care. Not getting vaccinated. Logic and facts matter. Covid won't kill me. It should have already and I was massively sick anyway in early January.

I have massive anecdotal evidence that covid is a huge nothing burger. It can't be debunked. Too many people involved as well. If being fatigued for a week is something to be scared of, we have bigger problems.

I was trying to say this at work today and there was a lynch mob forming to get me.

Whatever. I'm out, soon!

Been biking the past 2 evenings in Baltimore City (South Baltimore to be specific). Maybe 20% are wearing masks. Even saw like 2 people biking with masks on. Some joggers wearing masks (actual people jogging, not the other kind of "jogger"), and some people walking with masks on. And this was in an area with lots of walkers. What was interesting is how places had plastic jersey walls closing of parts of the streets so that restaurants could put tables there. Places were mostly either closed or open and had a lot of people in them. I did not see the cruise ships docked in the port.
