Joe Biden’s Department of Justice has offered a plea deal to transgender activist Maeve Nota a “sweetheart deal” after he vandalized St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, Washinton, which didn’t include any jail time according to Fox News Digital.
The 31-year-old transgender admitted to the vandalism, as he was caught on camera smashing a door and spray painting the building. He also destroyed a statue of the Virgin Mary, assaulted a church worker, and resisted arrest.
Nota’s graffiti read, “F* Catholics,” “rot in your fake hell,” “kid groomers,” “woman haters” as well as other messages. He spray-painted a staff member across the face when they tried to get him to leave.
The vandalism took place last year, in response to the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe vs. Wade.

A Florida middle school failed to notify parents after a transgender teacher allegedly threatened to kill himself and other students, multiple parents and advocates tell the Daily Caller.
On March 24, 2023, an officer temporarily assigned to Fox Chapel Middle School in Hernando County as the school resource officer (SRO) responded to a report from Assistant Principal Kerry Thornton and Guidance Counselor Kimberly Walby. Thornton and Walby said that a teacher had made statements about harming himself and possibly shooting students, according to an incident report obtained by Moms for Liberty’s Hernando County chapter.
The report notes that the teacher, who goes by the name of Ashlee, was in the process of transitioning from male to female. The teacher, who was born Alexander Renczkowski, admitted to having “bad thoughts” but denied threatening to shoot students and said “she does not want to harm herself,” according to the report.
According to the report, the Hernando County School District’s mental health coordinator, Sandra Hurst, then conducted a threat assessment on Renczkowski, determining he did not meet the criteria of the Baker Act, a Florida law that allows for involuntary institutionalization of mentally ill individuals. A deputy later collected three firearms and ammunition from Renczkowski’s home, according to the report.
Renczkowski did not respond to a request for comment from the Caller.
The teacher was reportedly back in the classroom the next day, and it wouldn’t be until more than a week later that parents would be even notified of the incident. Most found out from a local news story by journalist Tom Lemons, who cited anonymous sources. According to Lemons, the incident took place “three days before the Nashville shooting” and the teacher was sent “home for the day.”

This is what happens whenever you ask a transgender activist to explain even the basic premise of the movement. They'll immediately say, "Well, who cares? Why are you so obsessed with this?"
I'm not obsessed with this. I'm not the one who started sending men into the women's bathroom and started taking away their trophies and castrating kids. I'm perfectly happy with the way things have worked for thousands of years. It's the transgender activists who are trying to upend everything.
And so I think it is at least my right to ask the question, "ok, what is the premise of your movement?" But they always deflect from that, they always withdraw from the debate, they always try to change the subject because there is no answer...
You ask me, why do I even care? What's the purpose of knowing anyone's biological sex?"
Well for starters, because we have civil rights specifically for women in the United States. We have special bathrooms for women, we have special sports leagues for women, we have all sorts of special places, and rights, and privileges that are for women that are not for men.
So now if some men, people who at the very least appear to be men, are claiming a right to be able to go into those women's bathrooms then we either have to abolish all of the special rights and privileges that have existed for women for all of human history and are enshrined in our law, or they need to explain to me how those men are actually women.
And they can't do the latter and I'm not willing to do the former and I don't think women across the country are willing to do the former even if a few people have been so ideologically blinded that they would give in to this kind of absurdity.

The former director of strategic communications at the Southern New England branch of Planned Parenthood took his own life amid a child porn investigation in Connecticut this week.
Police have not named abortion advocate Tim Yergeau, 36, as the suspect in the probe but confirmed that the man who committed suicide in the apartment building was a suspect.
Yergeau, 36, took his own life, five days after an apparent botched attempt by police to take him into custody. Investigators broke down the door of his neighbor in New Haven, Connecticut and handcuffed her before realizing they had raided the wrong apartment.
'The person who died was definitely the suspect in a child pornography investigation and the person who committed suicide,' New Haven Police Chief Karl Jacobson told the New Haven Register.
Yergeau appeared to post regularly on social media until December 2022. Pictures of his godchildren, family, friends, and work events lay bare his life in the months prior to his death.
