To be clear, I have zero objection to highly qualified black pilots.
I don't care who is flying the plane as long as they are very very good at it. I want pilots selected solely on qualifications. Race should not be a factor at all, ever.

I rarely fly, but there's an airline that I will never patronize.Don't worry, we'll have diversity hiring for air traffic control and plane safety inspections soon enough. That'll "fairly" affect all the airlines!
