I did buy a domain and I am going to use the domain for email while minimizing or stopping use of gmail. Deleted Google Chrome browser, will never use it. I use DuckDuckGo as my search engine, don't use Google or Bing.

My work uses it,otherwise, I have zero connection except a boot-locked Pixel with a fake account, purchased with a temporary card, and a carrier subscription using all fake info. Although I did add Okta for SAML, but my wifi all routes through VPN, so hoping the footprint is minimal.

The Biden administration has launched a task force that will allow private companies like Google as well as researchers to access large sets of sensitive data about Americans that were previously collected and available only to the government.
The reasoning behind the initiative is supposedly to remain competitive with other countries, notably China and Russia, in the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Those who will be given access to this data will be expected to come up with “great ideas” on how to put AI to use.
Around the time of my exchange with Matt Cutts (see above) I had an email conversation with a Google employee. It went something like this. (The below is heavily paraphrased. As time goes on, the below will come more and more to resemble the actual conversation.)

The penalty is ongoing as of April 2021, and is killing The Online Slang Dictionary.
