Biden's also going to use the IRS to crack down on all those small businesses that survived the pandemic.

Instead of handing over cash to seller who bumping up equivalen amount, these idiots can pay that amount to builders to make housing a bit cheaper.

Possible upside; buy a foreclosed house from the loser who defaults after getting government handout, maybe get a good deal.

It makes them "responsible" for people's success. Lamers will still fail to succeed after these govt training programs, and the govt will then blame white supremacist training methods, and will rapidly eject handouts to the people who "suffered" at the hands of this "vile, raycist system". Democrats to the rescue, buying voters via convoluted markets.

Plus, they get to diversity hire the fuck of things to assemble a "diverse, inclusive training force". More hand outs, via teacher salary. Don't forget all the diversity officers required at these training programs too (to make sure their diverse staff doesn't internalize whyte supremacy). Oh and they also need to hire a diversity staff to create an "all new, anti-racist education program devoid of any hint of whyte supremacy". They need a staff for that too.

And don't forget that if they get bad results, its not the people they hired to teach it, nor the woke curriculum they created and taught. If it fails, it's all white people's fault. "This shows we must not waver in our resolve to fight whyte supremacy, as we face an extremely powerful foe."

I'm thinking these new bills would make a serious price boost on low priced real estate, like under ~150k.

For the down payment assistance, you get 20k (or 25k for those on the "approved races" list). And, you either need to pay that money back, or live in the house - each year you live in it, you get 20% of the debt forgiven. So, live in it for 5 yrs, get it all for free. That's 4k per yr or ~$333/mo

Suddenly, in areas where homes cost 50-100k (like rural / suburban georgia), you have lots of people who no longer need to wait years to save a down payment - theyre instantly eligible. Imagine all those renters who could just buy a house because of this. That 100k house would have a $500-600/mo payment, which is likely similar to what they pay for rent, so why not buy? I think many will, driving demand for homes in this price range.

The other bill, the 10% tax credit, I think would probably affect homes in a wide price range. I also think it might result in foreclosures because ppl can just take the money and spend it on whatever, which encourages the type of people who pursue short term gratification. "Sign these papers, make your monthly mortgage payment for $1000, and you can get a $20k CASH REFUND next year at tax time." Talk about bubble potential.

This program needs to offered to BIPOC moving into Jewish neighborhoods exclusively. Then I would support it.

These bills will help illegals buy homes, cementing their position and importance to key parts of our economy and financial structures. It will make the cost of NOT giving illegals amnesty higher, sweetening their political 1 liners which extol the virtues and economic contributions of illegals.
