Yeah, that isn't much weight. My baby sis could lift that but she was a gymnast. I used to get a kick out of the cheerleaders in my high school. They'd come into the gym where us football guys were working out and just lift the 45lb bar.

I’m married to a former cheerleader. She’s been doing crossfit for years and can lift that much over her head no problem.
