When the issue regarding COVID-19 came up, Gabbard had plenty of interesting news to share.

Gabbard told Kelly that she, along with others, were investigating whether the United States funded gain-of-function research which caused the COVID-19 pandemic. This would mean U.S. taxpayer dollars courtesy of Fauci fueled the worst health crisis in over 100 years.

“The thing we are working with Jay Bhattacharya (NIH Director) on, as well as Secretary (Robert) Kennedy, is looking at the gain of function research that in the case of the Wuhan Lab, as well as many others,” Gabbard said. Many of these biolabs around the world were actually US-funded and led to this dangerous kind of research that, in many examples, has resulted in either a pandemic or some other major health crisis.”

“If it was Peter Daszak’s research with the Wuhan bat lady that caused this pandemic, then we did fund it, Anthony Fauci did fund it,” Kelly said.

Gabbard then revealed this was exactly why Fauci sought a pardon from Joe Biden (who of course granted it), especially since he was previously caught under oath lying to Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The thing that he denied over and over to Senator Rand Paul’s questioning under oath,” Gabbard responded. “Is it any wonder why he sought a preemptive pardon for ANYTHING, during a certain period of time, from President Biden before he left office.”

“And smeared people like Jay Bhattacharya…Who said ‘I don’t know if that’s natural,” Kelly added. “This smacks of lab (origin)…”

“The reason why this is so important is that this gain-of-function lab research is happening all around the world,” Gabbard replied. “I got attacked when I warned against U.S. funded biolabs in Ukraine when the Russia-Ukraine war kicked off for this very reason.” ...

With Gabbard’s revelation about Fauci, it is possible that the wicked doctor could face federal perjury charges if Team Trump can find a way around the Biden pardon. This may be possible because the pardon was signed via autopen meaning Biden likely did not know the pardon was actually signed until being told afterward.

The Gateway Pundit also reported last month that Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma have filed criminal referral requests accusing Fauci and others of heinous crimes, including murder, medical coercion, and even terrorism, stemming from their COVID-era policies and decisions.

Never forget the evil done to the United States when Biden pardoned an accomplice to mass murder deeply involved in both the creation of the COVID-19 virus and bio-weapons development. Speculations surround his most likely profiteering from the various "pandemics" over the years, and the sudden jump in his family net worth after leaving Federal employment.

The big legal issue with this pardon is that it is for crimes not named.

The Constitution addresses presidential pardons in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, known as the Pardon Clause. The exact wording is:

“Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:

“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

Does the wording above mean that a president can give a blanket pardon for any offenses against the United States, or do the offenses have to be named?

The most notable example of a blanket pardon is President Gerald Ford's 1974 pardon of Richard Nixon. Ford granted Nixon "a full, free and absolute pardon... for all offenses against the United States which he... has committed or may have committed or taken part in" during his presidency. This pardon did not enumerate particular offenses. This blanket pardon was never challenged in a court of law. Therefore, a precedent was not set by the courts. ...

That said, there may be an easier route to prosecute Anthony Fauci.

The DOJ can work with state prosecutors to uncover crimes. If the DOJ, during a joint investigation, finds evidence of a crime that has been pardoned federally, that evidence can still be shared with state prosecutors. State authorities may use that evidence to pursue state charges, as the presidential pardon does not extend to state offenses.

So, even if a presidential pardon blocks federal prosecution for the pardoned acts but does not shield the person from state prosecution, the DOJ can share evidence with state prosecutors if the conduct violates state law.

The DOJ can investigate and acquire federal documents related to monetary misconduct, ethical breaches, and even manslaughter, which can then be shared with state attorneys general and prosecutors.

Furthermore, that evidence could be shared with other governments.

President Donald Trump’s administration has seized a cell phone and hard drives used by Dr. Anthony Fauci during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The devices were located and recovered by the FBI and could finally shed light on what really happened behind closed doors.

FBI Director Kash Patel revealed the discovery on the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast.

Patel called it a “great breakthrough” in the government’s long-running probe into the pandemic’s origins and the controversial federal response.

“We found it,” Patel told Rogan.

“And now we’re going to exploit those hard drives.”

While details about how the devices were found or how they were verified as Fauci’s remain undisclosed, Patel said the content could expose potential misconduct, misinformation, and suppression of dissenting science during a time of national crisis.

“We owe those answers to the American people… Did that guy lie?

“Did he intentionally mislead the world and cause countless deaths?”

The recovered phone and hard drives may contain communications related to mask mandates, school closures, and the highly politicized lab-leak theory — all of which Fauci has been accused of flip-flopping on.

While Fauci once called the lab-leak theory “a very, very, very, very remote possibility,” leaked emails and independent investigations suggest he helped shape narratives to discredit it, despite knowing of potential ties between his former agency (NIAID) and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China.

South Korean scientists have conducted a lab experiment that made a purported wild avian influenza “bird flu” virus 100% lethal in mammals, achieving total death in infected mice by enabling the virus to adapt inside their bodies and spread to others.

The dangerous move comes as the U.S. develops a “next-generation” universal vaccine platform called ‘Generation Gold Standard’ that will focus on avian influenza jab creation, signaling a coordinated international push to engineer and preemptively vaccinate against lab-enhanced bird flu strains with pandemic potential—despite worldwide fallout from similar COVID-era strategies.

Published June 2025 in Virology Journal, the study describes how researchers at Konkuk University infected mice with a highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza strain—one that already contained a small percentage (4%) of a mammalian-adaptive mutation known as PB2-E627K.

That tiny minority of mutant virus was enough to take over and kill every infected host.

“All challenged mice died by 8 dpc. Transmission through direct-contact occurred in 100% of cases, and all contact mice died within 12 days.”

This was not an accidental discovery.

Researchers intentionally infected mammals with a virus they knew contained a mutation that helps bird flu spread and replicate more effectively in mammals, including humans.
