If fake “meat” becomes much less expensive, it will creep into our diet.
I recall eating in a restaurant in Santa Cruz owned by a guy from Sri Landa. The grub was really good, and I later realized that it contained no meat. I could have eaten there more often, but it wasn’t inexpensive.
I’m still waiting for the farmed halibut; I will eat that 3 days per week.
