I think it's good that they spoke up but it's obviously up to the Hotel to decide how much PDA they allow. While I wouldn't have had a problem with that it's interesting that all people do now is jeer and be super confrontational. If there are people who feel bothered for whatever reason you can always take it upstairs and compromise. Esp. if kids are around they could have just said, "ok we'll keep it PG for now". Those people should just cross that hotel off their list and maybe write a review telling parents to be careful when booking.
