Damn, Claire, you have a flair for drama, delivering just the margin needed at 3:00 am. I bet you had those votes counted at midnight, and just wanted to keep the world waiting.”
Ms. Claire is the Executive Director of the Election Commission of the city of Milwaukee.

This is an example why military draft is good. Besides resistance to foreign wars, men who go through draft and war are no pussies and stand up for what is right.
8 million excess Biden votes identified using only Party registration numbers, and population trends
I’ve been trying to keep up with the firehose of information about what’s going on during this clusterfuck of an election. Last night I was on Facebook talking about the crazy high, 3rd world dictatorship level voter turnout levels in the deep blue areas of these swing states was very suspicious. Somebody gas lighted me about how “I’d have to do better than that”, so this was my quick reply, listing off the questionable bullshit I could think of off the top of my head:
The massive turn out alone is a red flag.
But as for doing better…
The late night spikes that were enough to close all the Trump leads are a red flag.
The statistically impossible breakdown of the ratios of these vote dumps is a red flag.
The ratios of these dumps being far better than the percentages in the bluest of blue cities, even though the historical data does not match, red flag.
The ratios of these vote dumps favoring Biden more in these few battlegrounds than the ratio for the rest of the country (even the bluest of the blue) red flag.
Biden outperforming Obama among these few urban vote dumps, even though Trump picked up points in every demographic group in the rest of the country, red flag.
The poll observers being removed. Red flag.
The counters cheering as GOP observers are removed, red flag.
The fact that the dem observers outnumber the GOP observers 3 to 1, red flag (and basis of the first lawsuit filed)
The electioneering at the polls (on video), red flag.
The willful violation of the court order requiring the separation of ballots by type, red flag.
USPS whistleblower reporting to the Inspector General that today they were ordered to backdate ballots to yesterday, red flag.
The video of 2 AM deliveries of what appear to be boxes of ballots with no chain of custody or other observers right before the late night miracle spikes, red flag.
Any of those things would be enough to trigger an audit in the normal world. This many flags and I’d be giggling in anticipation of catching some thieves.
And it isn’t that I have to do better. I’m just an gen pop observer who happens to be a retired auditor with a finely tuned bullshit detector. This is going to the courts.

Ran across a masker on the street this morning. I cheerfully said, "good morning".
He glared at me.
Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
08/11/21
Wow, the Governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp, was booed off the stage Saturday at a Georgia Republican Party event. They wouldn’t let him speak. It is amazing how the people get what happened in Georgia, and elsewhere! The election was rigged, and everybody knows it. Kemp refused to call a Special Session of the Legislature, and did absolutely nothing. Now our Country is going to hell!
Only one objection by a senator was required to stop the process. In a roughly 15-minute back-and-forth, Cruz tanked Schumer's attempt to force the election bill through the Senate. Cruz blasted the bill in remarks on the Senate floor:
If you need a reminder of how bad HR 1 is (with the Orwellian title "For The People), let me remind you what it would do:
Force states to use universal mail-in ballots and a slew of things like online voter registration/early voting.
Allow anyone with a record in a state or federal database - especially anyone with an ID or government records of any kind - to be automatically registered to vote without checking citizenship status.
Force states to count ballots that arrive up to 10 DAYS AFTER THE ELECTION.
Force states to allow mass drop-offs of ballots, a tactic used in "harvesting" operations where people collect ballots - either by paying people or stealing from them - and filling them out in bulk.
Ban voter ID.
Bar state and local election officials from maintaining voter rolls and eligibility.
Redraw congressional districts according to the whims of unelected bureaucrats who would work at the behest of the Dems.
Allow illegal immigrants to count in congressional counts and have representation in D.C.
Allow criminals to vote the second they step out of prison.
Put red tape in place to make it harder for grassroots organizations to fundraise and get their platform out.
Allow private political donations to be made public. Hint: those who give wrongly will get cancelled.
Like I said, God bless Ted Cruz. Don't let the Capitol destroy the nation.
Back in 2000, the Florida State Legislature had a bill all drafted and ready to vote on to do just that had SCOTUS ruled the other way in Bush v. Gore.If you sign a contract with another party, and that party has committed fraud when entering into the agreement, no court will enforce that contract against you if your try to back out of it...If fraud is proven to have been committed in a presidential election, that act of fraud vitiates the Electoral College votes cast by that state.
No, it does not. Because Electors are chosen via a method of the State Legislature's choosing, not voters (even if that method of choosing punts it to voters). And no contract law is involved here anyway.
"Whoops: 2020 Supreme Court Decision Ruled That States Can Yank Their Electors"
https://www.conservativeworldnews.com/whoops-2020-supreme-court-decision-ruled-that-states-can-yank-their-electors/
Have no idea if this has legs, but unintended consequences of efforts to discredit electors from 2016 by Dems.
We now have dueling opinions floating around in the public square over whether Arizona will be able to decertify its electors after fraud is definitively proven in the forensic audit report. Every media talking head says it can’t happen. The Supreme Court seems to disagree with that opinion in Chiafalo v. Washington. The states have broad, plenary power under the Constitution, specifically in the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, over how they handle their electors.
Here’s another important legal phrase you may have seen tossed around quite a bit the past few months: “Fraud vitiates everything it touches.”
“Vitiates” means to legally destroy something, or to render it null and void. This long-established legal phrase and principle has been used in more than 3,500 court judgments since the 1800s. It means that if fraud is used to perpetuate anything, that thing becomes moot, null, void, unenforceable under the law. If you sign a contract with another party, and that party has committed fraud when entering into the agreement, no court will enforce that contract against you if your try to back out of it.
If fraud is proven to have been committed in a presidential election, that act of fraud vitiates the Electoral College votes cast by that state. Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada and other states absolutely have authority to recall their electors and force them to faithfully cast new votes for the rightful winner of the 2020 election – or, to simply strip their votes away from the fraudulent candidate who cheated.
I think part of it is that in order to have continuity, the process is a kind of one way street under the presumption that bad government is better than no government
simply strip their votes away from the fraudulent candidate who cheated.
Are you saying cheating is OK?
The president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) told Breitbart News Washington political editor Matt Boyle on Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday that 15 million mail ballots were unaccounted for in the 2020 presidential election.
“This is the worst way to run an election, what they did in 2020,” J. Christian Adams, president of PILF, told host Boyle in an interview: “The Election Assistance Commission, which is a federal agency … puts out a report every two years. … One of the things it has … is the number of mail ballots that were sent out, the number of mail ballots that came back, and the number of mail ballots that were straight-up rejected, meaning the election officials said there was a defect.”
“This is not data that we are speculating about,” he added. “This is federal data, and that’s where we get the 15 million number. Fifteen million ballots were sent in the mail last year that never ever came back and were counted” (emphasis added).
Adams said that “some of them, we don’t know where they are, they’re just gone. That tells you the system broke down. That tells you that probably ballots came back that were counted for the wrong people. The whole thing is a mess. It can’t be repeated again. And that’s the problem with mail balloting. We’re giving the idiots at the post office control over our government.”
When is that Arizona report coming out?
As for being totally cynical: The reality of the 2016 elections proves that it sure as fuck PAYS to cheat...esp when using the Electoral College meet & vote deadline to get away with it.
No. Because all anyone has to do is fuck things up in a few parts of the country...and keep them fucked up with help from complicit judges and state legislatures...long enough for the EC to vote in mid-December.
