I think we agree on one point. It was meant to be taught /
debated in college level law courses, not incorporated into K through 12 curriculum.

You know what I think? I think it's really easy to build a very small camera and attach it to a window, and record a class session.

I think classrooms simply need to be able to be monitored by the parents. Easy peasy to do.
