Many colleges are requiring the jab before letting kids back on campus. Unfortunately, they do not seem to be afraid of your strategy (so far).

It's mostly laziness though, if enough parents sued this would not stand. They may be able to get away with it for newcomers but they can't force those who paid already. Maybe they can give them their money back and credits for transfer but there's no way you have to pay for a service which forces shot on you you didn't sign up for. But it's always harder to collect then to give back, so the strategy stands. Always pay with a credit card unless you have a cash discount and know you'll receive the goods/services as expected right away without any faults. Then, when they pull this shit, charge back. Works even in the thousands, but of course your cc company may drop you. Always use a payment plan for shitty leftoid services like tuition and use a cc. Always. And if you can, always keep trailing a bit behind in your payments.
