It's been this way for a while. Our and government media COULD have done some BS to make it appear there WAS a weapons of mass destruction program in Iraq - but they didn't even bother - still a lot of people believed it for a long time. They've been lazy in their propaganda and lies for a long time, you just didn't notice it before.
