DECLARATION OF Jane Doe

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, Jane Doe, herebydeclares:
I am fully competent to make this declaration and I have personal
knowledge of the facts stated in this declaration.
This declaration is submitted in support of legal actions to revoke the
emergency use authorization for COVID-19 injections and in support of a
preliminary injunction to immediately block the emergency use
authorization for COVID-19 injections.
I am a computer programmer with subject matter expertise in the
healthcare data analytics field, an honor that allows me access to Medicare
and Medicaid data maintained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services (CMS). I earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics and have, over the
last 25 years, developed over 100 distinct healthcare fraud detection
algorithms, both in the public and private sector. It has been my mission to
protect federal tax dollars by preventing and detecting healthcare fraud, a
process which leads to both recovery of overpayments and law enforcement
leads. A large part of what I do is focused on the quality of care for the
beneficiary; for example, I identify providers who prescribe an egregious
amount of opioids to patients with a history of overdosing. Instead of titrating
the patient off of opioids, they prescribe more, oftentimes leading to patient

death and harm, I was naturally inclined to investigate the matter.
It is my professional estimate that VAERS (the Vaccine Adverse Event
Reporting System) database, while extremely useful, is under-reported
by a conservative factor of at least 5. On July 9, 2021, there were
9,048 deaths reported in VAERS. I verified these numbers by
collating all of the data from VAERS myself, not relying on a third
party to report them. In tandem, I queried data from CMS medical
claims with regard to vaccines and patient deaths, and have assessed
that the deaths occurring within 3 days of vaccination are higher than
those reported in VAERS by a factor of at least 5. This would indicate
the true number of vaccine-related deaths was at least 45,000. Put in
perspective, the swine flu vaccine was taken off the market which only
resulted in 53 deaths.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States
of America that the foregoing is true and correct.

We are unable to verify her beliefs that doctors are intentionally mis-labeling the cause of death for thousands of people. This would involve filing criminal charges against thousands of doctors.

It's quite obvious that deaths are being mislabeled, otherwise we won't see a huge decrease in deaths for cancer, flu, heart attack, strokes, etc.

It's blatantly obvious. It's in your face. Do you really believe that in the last year, people suddenly stopped dying of standard diseases?

On those mislabeled deaths from Covid, the doctors are following the procedures handed down from the Health authorities. For anything relating to deaths from the Covid vaccinations, if they were intentionally mislabeled then it is a prosecutable crime.

The person signing the above declaration has stated this is her "estimate". Therefore, not able to be verified. There could be many reasons for such an statistical spike.

Example: The first people receiving the vaccinations were the elderly, primarily in nursing homes. The duration for these elderly is only 5 months. Therefore, it is
statistically probable that a higher number of deaths would occur in this cohort.

This declaration, by an unnamed person, is more likely a woman getting hysterical at perceived numbers than anything to do with reality.

According to the latest CDC report most causes of death, with the exception of "rare disease" deaths, are falling.

They are running out of unhealthy people to kill.

Suppose you were a senior hospital administrator with fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. If you knew the government was issuing checks for $30,000 for every COVID typed death, wouldn't you hire extra people to review EVERY death case since COVID started and retype "questionable" causes of death as "death due to COVID?" It's your duty, after all.

Thomas Renz, an attorney based in Ohio has started a lawsuit against the federal government for covering up the true number of deaths from the Covid-19 vaccines.

According to Renz, a whistle-blower – referred to as Jane Doe – who is an insider and has seen information on the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) allegedly passed on the numbers and relevant information to him.

At an event hosted by Awaken America, Renz said: “We have someone that has sworn under penalty of purgery that there have been at least 45,000 deaths.”

I live in Norway and can confirm that this is true. The numbers are actually a bit higher: 27830 reports of adverse events has been received, and only 15842 (57 %) has been reviewed.

After proving that over 45K people have died from the COVID-19 vaccine, Attorney Renz then moved his attention to focus on the amount of people that are being killed in American hospitals by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s instituted protocol of Remdesivir.


Attorney Renz is also in possession of Remdesivir death data from the Medicare Tracking System that has been withheld by the government from our citizens.

The Remdesivir data reveals of the 7,960 beneficiaries prescribed Remdesivir for Covid-19 2,058 died. That is 25.9%.
